hi guys well we went for a day trip to a place called tam coc, which means 3 caves. It was nice we went on a little boat along a river for two hours and you go through 3 caves. the caves are quiet low but nice. shame about the boat sellars along the way they dont like to take no for an answer!! they even try and bribe you into buying a drink for your boat rower. oh well. nice trip. hope you like the pics. xxx [View Full Entry]

hi well weve been staying in hanoi for the last view days. we havent taken many photos as weve been busy doing day trips. but i have taken a few so there on here. Ive also been spotting things on bikes. I may have said before lots of people ride bikes here and they take lots of different things on there bikes. its very common to see whole familys mum dad and two kids on one bike. some things ive seen but not been able to get pics of are beds on bikes, full grown pig! quiet strange to see. 30ft [View Full Entry]

hi well we finished off hoi an with a cooking course. which was great fun again, especially as it cooked all our fav dishes and we got to eat them all after. yummy!! after hoi an we stopped off in danang and stayed at my kye beach were we visited marble mountains. the mountains were good but we didnt enjoy danang so we jumped back on a bus and headed for hue. ive included some photos of our cooking course and marble mountains. xxx [View Full Entry]

well we got to hue and booked onto a city and country tour of hue by bike. sorry dad! basically in vietnam everyone travels by motorbike and scooter. but theres no helmets. anyway we had a bike each plus driver, it was great fun. greatway to see the town. and they were both very safe. i really enjoyed it and our guide was great. he was a war vet and had loads of stories which was great as the next day we booked on a government dmz tour and the guide was crap. the only good part of the dmz trip [View Full Entry]

hi people, well heres more news from vietnam. we left nha trang and have been in hoi an. which is lovely i have to say its one of my fav places. the town is small and has alot of character. we have done a trip to another cham temple, this one called my son. it was very nice but once youve seen angkor nothing really compares. weve also been spending the days shopping!! a bit of retail thearapy to make me happy after having my money taken. it doesnt make much sence does it?? loose money so spend some tomake me [View Full Entry]
