Congrats!!!!! All in about a year. Hasn't it been about a year since you last saw the inside of a tracon? Well its changed alot -everyone in there is very young- except for TK and he is still hitting on all the young ones. Poor soul....
Really happy for you and glad it has all remained safely done.Great Job!!!
Up there Rick, Do Not change Headings
We came down to FL. to spend a week with Grandson and it is remarkably hot and sticky. I think next year we may fly him to Bar Harbor for a little hiking. we're at the Marriott in Orlando so it does have a nice pool and cold beer. I just got the word from Falcone that my bike was done. They had to replace the rear hub bearing. It was so strange, it seemed like the sound was coming from the front but all the things going on I couldn't pin it down. So I took it in and they reworked the front end and found that it was the rear end. I'm just glad it's done and I don't have to refi. The bill was 504 thats so cool. Next month I'm going to Canada for a fishing trip so I'll suffer down here another 3 days to see Jr it's well worth it. Sorry we missed you at the MOA.
You missed it! You by-passed all of wine country!?! I can't believe it! I'd probably enter and never exit! I can't wait for retirement! You're so fortunate!
Enjoying the ride. Just wanted to say I am enjoying the blog ride along. If you ever get close to Burkesville,KY on your trip there is a free room and hot shower. The wife and I would love to have you and Deb stop by. Neal and Jennell
Mule Ride Rick.....You must go to the bottom of the Grand Canyon by Mule....The experience is awesome and you can
camp in the bottom or get dorm style sleeping or a private cabin. At least think about it. I promise you will not
be disappointed.
Great read Rick!! Hi Rick
I finally found the time to get onto your blog and to begin to read your journey diary. It's a great read!! I have not got too far - just the last few entries. I enjoyed the Vancouver Island notes, and particularly those of Tofino. Lea and I spent a wonderful week there last year and I even managed to get in some surfing (among the whales, seals and I am sure many other not quite so adorable creatures that I prefer not to think about when I am in the water!!). I feel the need to get back to Tofino and the Pacific Rim Coast and enjoy it some more. The concept of bike riding is also very enticing. I owned a trail bike many, many moons ago, and enjoyed it immensly. The Okanagan is crammed with road bikes of all types this time of year - I am very envious!!
Enjoy the next section of your trip. I look forward to your next entry. Say hello to Deb for Lea and I.
With Regards
Roger

Happy Birthday! Sorry for the late reminder but Sue and I were thinking of you all day on your birthday, I just never got around to saying it. Hope you had a great day!
Ambergris, jewel in the sun We were on Ambergris Caye for a few weeks a couple of years ago. Had a great time, even considered buying a business there but got the impression that tourism was not really thriving on the island at the time.

Good Times Sounds like a fantastic time to get away and enjoy the south. Be careful in Mexico. I keep hearing terrible stories of people having problems.
