Greetings! I am just another boring executive hungry for Global Travel - beyond Asia, beyond this part of the world.
My mind is always in the planning for my next vacation...not sure where yet! Always in the search for something different with great architectures and fascinating scenaries - perhaps New Zealand? Europe again? Taj Mahal? My lovely cheteauxs in Loire Valley? Well, long term plan for a truly long term break! At the meantime, I am working in one of the small luxury resort - my dream industry, always feeling like vacationing while working. Don't you think so too?

18-21 Oct 2007What can I say? It is Bali... the world famous Bali and I was very lucky to have a full expense paid trip and stayed in a small luxury resort - SPA VILLAGE RESORT TEMBOK BALI.The scenaries were heaven. The services were first class. The staff is extremely friendly. The downsides are the foods need some improvisation and the journey from airport to the resort is too far and very exhausting. The 80 min massages feels like 20 min only, way too nice.... read more

My friend told me that he spend four hours have his nice and relaxing afternoon tea in one of the tea plantations up in Cameron Highlands and strongly encouraged me to do so...I was like... ok...but maybe not sitting there for four hours straight then. Considering I do not know which plantation he was refering to, I took the liberty explored the whole Cameron Highlands and I am 101% sure this must be it - Cameron Bharat Plantations. The view from the tea house was fantastic. Never seen anything as green as these after staying in KL for a decade (well, of course, Taiping wasn't so bad either). I will let my photos do the talking for me while you all enjoy the "greenery" then.... read more

Cameron Highlands Resort I am staying here for another few days. The room deco is fantastic, the air is refreshing, the services are excellent and the traffic is beyond words. The room is cost USD250.00 per night. Rather expensive for local tourists but for foreigners, it maybe reasonable considering the forex and quality of services by the resort.... read more

18-Sep-2007 This is where I was born, raised and educated. My home town - Taiping, situated in Perak, Malaysia. Unfortunately, my digital camera was running out of battery and I have to used my mobile phone to take some photos of the ever beautiful Lake Garden. But due to poor resolution and late evening, the photos does not even justify how breath-taking is this garden. Sorry about that. I definitely will update them with more 'justifiable' shot of the famous Taiping Lake Garden in the very near future. Stay tune please. 16-Mar-2008 Finally, after I had a delicious heavy breakfast, I am ready to take a small photgraphy session on the lake garden again. This maybe the first session of half of the garden I took, probably I'll take another half of it in the near ... read more

It was a 3 days 2 nights company annual trip in Phuket 7-9 Sep 2007. Staying in Royal Paradise Hotel in the heart of the Phuket where lots of massage centers situated, whether it is massage by men or by women or god knows what gender are they, they have it all. Not sure how many stars the hotel was awarded but overall most of their hotels & resorts here are cheap, in comparison with Malaysia. Even their buffet dinner in this hotel costs only 199TB, definitely alot more cheaper than Malaysia that would costs about 600TB (same hotel standard). But one thing I think you can only find it here in this Phuket hotel is that each room provide the guests with two packs of condoms - free of charge. Encouraging and safety features in ... read more

Yea, indeed, it was just a short getaway as I am staying nearby Genting and it is definately not my first trip to Genting Highlands. Just this is my first time have it recorded down in my travelling blog page. Just some observations: - The First World Hotel's standard is really poor and below my expectations and I would not stay there again. - Love the Genting skyway cable car ride - Never drop by in the Casino at all - not interested - Forgotten about the outdoor theme park - too lazy for it In fact, I was sleeping the whole time inside the hotel room. Well, I got nothing to lose as I have plenty of rest and it was a free trip given to me.... read more
