Basically the organisers where unable to process my application within the 13 days they were given and they have informed me that they have been unable to enter me in the race. Next time i may have to try applying a year in advance just to give them enough time to click a button on a computer. Should have been here 5 years ago. Spent a few days in Vitoria i would describe it as the Middlesbrough of brazil industrial with few tourists and a grey unversity campus. It also had loads of pies and pasties the brazilians are mad for them.
