26th September Bus to Rio = Hell! 27 hours! Arrived in Bamboo Rio Hostel around 22.00. Wasnt fit for much that night, few beers and bed time! 27th Sept Booked Flights to Campo Grande! (We´re over buses for a while!) And wandered around Copacabana, really cool area, lots going on. Prefer it to Buesos Aires straight away. That evening we headed to Flamengo Vs Sport at the maracana! 2 days in Iguazu, both spent on the Argentinian side of the falls. Didnt know what to expect because I´d built them up so much, but they didnt dissappoint! So much noise, hard to describe them and pictures don´t do them justice! Not much else to say except look out for picture of biiig lizard that I came accross when I was wandering around on my own! Well here I am! Arrived in Buenos Aires on the 18th after lovely 16 hour flight. First day we had a wander around town, went to San Telmo which was all set up for protests later that night! They looove to protest here. Embarrassingly early night due to 4 hours sleep on the plane. Day 2 we got an insanely packed subway out to Palermo where we looked around the parks and chilled out in the Japanese Gardens! (when in argentina..)
