Great post! I appreciated all the info. I plan on visiting Vancouver B.C. next month and your post was truly helpful. I have been watching some videos on youtube on Vancouver bc which brought me to this site VancouverBC.com which is apparently launching with many videos, forums, blogs and articles on Vancouver bc. Thanks again for the post, those totem poles are beautiful!

I would think the windows in the side of the woodern horse and the little house on it's back may have alerted the greeks that this was no ordinary horse, but I guess not. (it did say replica didn't it?)

Gender roles?
Sorry guys, fail to see where the gender roles differ to parts of western Sydney... I watched a TV show last night about some people who got lost in the Amazon jungle, and it was pretty heavy stuff! You two are having a truly amazing experience. With your raft/tent building skills you can be on my team at the next Fire Station Challenge, Pete! Regards Phil

Dude - now i´m jealous!
Looks like you found some good dudes to go down with! I´m a bit pissed i didn´t have a bit more patience and head down. Pics look awesome. Still in Cusco, Machu Picchu is breathtakingly awesome. When you guys make it here, make sure you stay in Aguas Calientes for the night and go up first thing in the morning. It has been pissing rain in the arvos, so if you go up from Aguas first thing you will get the site to yourself, an awesome view and no rain! Hike Wayna Picchu too, awesome, but quite steep. Take care, hopef to run into you guys again in some random place. AM

Heya guys! Its mad that each new place you go has very different sites to see, and that you haven't run out of casho yet. But DAMN!!! You guys are making me jealous. Traipsing around south America visiting magnificent old civilisations, getting midday siestas, seeing awesome soccer matches AND spending your days in the pool cooling off! Raaa! Raining today back in Syd....while I work....before I go home.....and sleep.... before another monotonous day at work!!! Meanwhile - make sure you get out those Aussie Flags guys and girls - Australia day is the 26th remember. Represent. Keep having a blast!
