Hello, It's me, Michael. This will be my second travel journal. I'm going to update all my information before I leave in one week. This year, mom, dad, Brittany, Roe Maiorini and I will be traveling together. We will be visiting 2 different continents, Europe & Africa and we will be making stops in Greece, Egypt & Turkey. We will be leaving on May 30 and landing in Athens, Greece on May 31. We have a lot of exciting sights that we will be visiting. I will give an update on some of our stops in future entries. Please check in on me to see what's going on during my summer travels and feel free to make journal entries or ask questions as they will be part of my permanent keepsake of this trip and I would love you to be part of it. Magnificent Mykonos

Saturday: I told you we were heading to Izmir.... but we stopped in Mykonos, Greece first! My family has never been there. It was just as beautiful as Santorini...but NO donkeys. Donkey "Done" in Santorini!

Okay, it has been awhile since my last entry....let's catch up! On Wednesday we were at sea which means they have BINGO twice! We WON two games. Right before the last game they had a drawing for a FREE cruise. My mom and dad WON it!!! So they are already planning our next trip already! Between playing BINGO we watched the magician get locked up in chains, dive in the pool and escape! He escaped in 2 minutes. Dad and I played Wii Baseball in the Fyzz Lounge, I hit two homeruns. WALK LIKE AN EGYPTIAN

Early Monday morning we woke up and had a quick breakfast before heading to Cario, Egypt. We walked right past the 50 or so charter busses and got into our private car for the 3 hour ride from Alexandria to Cario. It was a long ride but once I saw the pryamids it didn't matter. We met our tour guide Randa. She was awesome and made us feel very safe. The pryamids are HUGE! We climbed up one and walked into a tunnel to see how it looked from the inside. CRAZY FOR CORFU

On Saturday we spent the day in Corfu, Greece. We woke up early and walked into the small town. It was nice. I loved the shops. We bought ourselves a dancing jackass. Biago and Noah, you are going to LOVE it! In Corfu, we toured a castle. It was dark, damp and very high. We walked up scary steps but it was worth it because the view was beautiful. Caught Up on Sleep

Today I slept in late. I think I am on European time now. We walked through the small town of Katakolon, Greece. It had GREAT shops. I loved the swords. I didn't get one though. :( I played ping pong with my dad and I beat him! YES! BINGO was fun, we didn't win, but we will try again. I did win a beach bag and water bottle. FINALLY IN GREECE AFTER A LONG DAY OF TRAVEL

The "Party Bus" picked us up at 9 AM on Wednesday, May 30. We had a quick flight to Atanta where we boarded the plane for an 11 hour flight to Athens, Greece. It was a good flight. I stretched out in first class watching movies and finally sleeping. Athens is a busy place. There was a lot of traffic as we headed to port. The cruise ship is great! I LOVE the game room. Our Last Day-Barcelona, Spain

Hello Everyone, I was delayed in making my final travel day entry due to a satellite problem with the ship's internet service. Our last day in Barcelona was very nice. We didn't arrive until 5:00p, so we had time to spend only about 6 hours in the city. Barcelona is a very populated area, there were people everywhere. I reminded me of NYC during Christmas season. The streets were filled with mostly locals, tourists (many from our ship), street performers, artists and people asking for money. An interesting and mix of people. Today's We Were In The French Riviera!

Hello Everybody, Hope all is well with you all! Today, about 7:30a, we sailed into the port at Villefranche, France. From Mom: This area is the French Riviera, also known as the Cote d'Azure (Blue Coast). Monte Carlo is the most beautiful region I have ever seen.
