Aaah, the memories Hi Chris and Matt. The "Voortrekker Monument" pic brought back heaps of memories. We lived in Pretoria from 1973-1980, and there used to be a great "pie, chips and gravy" shop near there somewhere. Anyway, glad to see you guys are blogging and I'll be sure to keep an eye on your adventures.
Hey Just saw the blog! Amazing, you guys, we haven't spoken for ages… We're thinking about going to Africa, but I am scared of the murderous Hippos...
Hi there How lucky are you?? Sounds like a fantastic trip, wish we could join you. Take loads of photos to show us when u get to Barrington in June.
Love from us

Insulting my son My poor little boy is being insulted by my grandson. You know it's possible that navigating without his GPS may not be his strongest point.
I\'m so glad everyone is safe and well and your next big adventure is starting! It sounds like you\'re having a great time and learning lots!
Give my love to everyone and try and write as much as you can, when you can!
Love lots, big hugs from the Berra xoxoxoxox
You guys seem to be having the most amazing time. We love reading what you have been doing. Every couple of days we check in to catch up with what you are up to and where you are! The photos have been fabulous - and we are all a little envious!!!! The class really looks forward to knowing what your next adventure has been! (I have never known the class to be so quiet and engaged!) I passed on your blog for Ms Minton to check out and she is madly trying to get everyones e-mail addresses working so blogs can be used more easily. Keep up the great blogging. Your work is entsoertaining, (and educational)! Take care Virginia and 4I
Wow What a fantastic day that you've had. I wish that I was there, fancy chatting to Selma Blair. Was she nice?
Tom will be very jealous that you got to stand next to that gorgeous car. Hope that you are all prepared for cold weather when you get back, it was -5 in Canberra yesterday. Brrrrrrrr
Legally Blonde yes Selma was nice unlike how some celebrities are made out to be. We saw another Bugatti walking home from dinner tonight. Thinking of you Matt
catching fire (a la Hunger Games which we'll all been reading) Looked and tasted fabulous Laura. Dinner was excellent, unfortunatley wind was blowing in my direction so flames were licking my plate. Missing you Matt xx
Love the photos You seem to be having a great time in the US!! I love the photo of my son carrying your mum over the water. If you get to Long Beach on Tuesday, you might see the ship called the "Queen Mary", where I spent 2 nights on board when I went to Cameron's wedding in 2001 or 2002, whichever was one year after 9/11. Although I don't know that there's that much to see at Long Beach. Love from Grandma.
Thank yoju Thank you for the Mothers Day wishes. I didn't think you'd know, because it isn't mothers day in the US. I had a lovely day. Grant, Liam and Lewis cooked a delicious lunch for Robyn and me, then Robyn and I went down to the beach to watch Liam surfing - he's very good. Enjoy the rest of your holiday. Love from Grandma
Hi from your friend Siena Was it fun being on the duck?
Can you fit me in your luggage next time?
Was the sumo wresling AWESOME and who won the wrestling match(and who played)?
When are you coming back :-(?
Chris The duck was so fun and i got to drive the boat/car. Yes i could fit you in but you would either be sniffed out by dogs or sniff some of my stuff [socks] and faint. It was a practice match and i dont know the names of the players. its a secret when im coming back.
