In other news I have pleurisy, that is inflammation of my lungs, it's not very pleasant and according to my boss if I'd have got this 70 years ago I'd be dead right now! Cheery thought for a monday morning!!!!! As for not wearing a shirt.....even Mitch wears a jumper when he goes swimming....oh that's right...that wasn't a jumper, it was back hair! My mistake!!!! | 30th October 2006 SergeyU | Fiji -where to go - Tavuni is. - From: Sleepless In Suva Three years ago I amde last minuet booking to the Taveuni island lodge on Taveuni ios. - I was greatly happy because I got teh greta rate (for this hotel) - 250 dollars all incl., the island was indeed inetrestinmg - greta nature - so many kind of coconut plams covering area from the shore up to teh hills - looks really nice; number of waterfalls; teh date line on teh island, which is quite big - ca. 20km long and only 2000 inhabitants; uninhabited islands hopping and very nice accomodation and residence companions in the hotel + fine food,terrific tropical forest walks with very unusual fauna and surely laid back and pleasant people.When I stayed two days in Nadi on main island in what is now Westin Denarau, that was complete antithesis to what the sTaveuni is. is I learnt that unless you are on very high budget, and even not always in these cases, you get no value. Taveuni is. in between by the budget required, and however they have now much higher rataes, it still good value. |
