Hi ,

2 years ago I switched from a boring desk job under a lot of incompetent and hypocrite managers to an international company where travel was required,not an option.By now I've seen a lot of Europa and Russia , still amazed about the poor,the rich, the good,the bad ...

I a Belgian(Flemisch) Resident so travel usually starts at Brussels Airport

As by Today I've been on a plain for about 100 times in less than 2 years, I used to keep all photos private and do some small blogging on my personal website .

People I've been meeting and got accointed with frequently ask when I come back , where I've been , that's where TB comes in ...

If you happen to cross my footsteps somewhere , don't hesitate to stop me !

O.. the picture above comes with a pair of glasses those days :-)

Initially I will be uploading older entry's , this to get up to the full trail , more recent travelstory's I'll add 'on the spot'

After 'local' projects (Belgium) I was assigned to an abroad projet again,once the inital phaze passed, it was time to go abroad and perform some work on the client side, Czech Republic, Prague this time...never been there before, not even to the country as such. holiday inn bathroom

After beeing in Belgium for a month it was about time to start travelling again (said my boss) This time to Milan, expect for my last years holiday , a country I did not visit before. Thusrsday , a long day again at the customer office , ending up with a late nigh dinner with the collegeaus , a Greek restaurant this time afterwards I made another city walk , this time with the carry-on tripod :-) Friday, last day at Sweden, finishing items with the customer and heading back home, ideally we wanted to leave around 2PM , leaving me some time for a short city trip by daylight , euh... 3PM and al pitch black outside.. After a long and day at the customer premises it was time to get to know Stockholm a bit , we head up for a quick dinner first in a place (forgot the name) where you could go around , make your choice out of different food-of-choice stands and then head up with your tray to the centre to pick a table . Finally arrived, what a day... First I got stuck in a major traffic jam towards Brussels Airport, in order to catch my flight I took my satellite navigator and programmed it to take me straight to Brussels, the highway was not an option anymore, it was too bad (especcially at that early hour), at the evening news it was said that a truck ran trough the guard rail causing all the mysery... Just been to Frankfurt for the second time, by ICE @300Kmh/h , as for when I was in Dusseldorf earlier , Frankfurt is likewise dominiated by Bank buildings (at least in the center) , they do serve a lot of different culture food , I had Chinese,East-Afrikan, Australian and Italian , all in two days ...
