Hi Everyone, I arrived in Bangkok this midmorning. Wow, pretty crazy!!! I visited the Grand Palace, did some more shopping, took the chaya river express, had a 1/2 hour oil massage (nice) and walked alot!! It is so hot here it is insane. I can't believe it is my last night here in Thailand. :-( Well, I feel I experienced a variety of interests. The Elephant Park was by far the most fullfilling, and also Chiang Mai the people were amazing, really got to imurse myself in Thai culture. I am definitely coming back to the North!!! Hi Everybody, Wow, Laos is a crazy country!!!! The trip there was a bit dodgy but I won't get into it ( no worries!!!) Well, I didn't get to see wild elephants, first it rained to much for us to trek then the local government would not let us. We did go to a remote village in Sayaboury to give school supplies and toys to the children. That was an amazing experience, the kids had never seen westerners before they were a little scared. One of the girls with us has really blue eyes and she is very tall and a few of the small children would not take the gifts from her cause they had never seen blue eyes!!! Hey, everyone thanks for all your messages, it put a smile on my face!!!!! Can I tell you how much fun I am having!!!!! I love Thailand Elephants!!!! Beautiful beautiful creatures!!! Wow what an experience. This past week has been unreal. So amazing to touch and be so close I have fallen in love with these magnificent creatures! I have loads and loads of pictures. You all will see so many photos of my precious elephants. The people here have been wonderful. So many people from different parts of the world and we all came together for this one love!!! Made so many new friends!!! Lek the owner and founder of the Elephant Park is amazing she is one of the most passionate people for animals, she is like the Croc Hunter for Elephants!!! Wow, I am here. Long trip!!!!! I am so far away from USA it is pretty crazy. HA... Well, I am in Chiang Mai and I really like it, there are so many backpackers all over the place from everywhere. I hear so many different languages it is exciting to be in such a cultural diverse place!! My plane ride went well slept most of the way, but it was long!!! Didn't get sick either and no drugs!!! My ginger pills really worked! So tommorrow I head out to the Elephant Park I am very excited to go, can't wait!!!
