April carried, at the end of April Angie and I (my coworker) went to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam for work for four days. I liked Vietnam, it was a packed city and very hot but the people were very nice and it was very different then Hong Kong which was fun to see, so many motorbikes everywhere!! On the roads what stood out to me where the telephone lines and wires were just hanging, so many it was crazy! We went there to help out our head of Singapore/Malaysia Gabriel with store opening and fashion show. Happy belated Easter! Little update from this side of the world. The weekend before Easter break were the rugby sevens here in Hong Kong. The rugby sevens happen every year same weekend and are slightly insane!! The games happen for three days long, Roxy teaches English to a women whose husband got a bunch of extra tickets so we were able to go the first night (Friday night). On Saturday my friend Jesse, me and his friend who was visiting from New York, went with a big group and watched the games on a massive screen right outside the stadium. Tons of people dress up, tons of people fly in just for this weekend. After the games everyone goes out, I have never seen the city so packed and crazy with drunk dressed up people, much ... read more

Hello everyone! Once again it has been a long time since I have last written. So what has happened here over this time Time I have learned really does fly…In February was Chinese New Years, which obviously is a very big deal here. We had two days off for the Holiday! Our friend Marvin who is from Hong Kong invited my friend Roxy and I to his house for a traditional Chinese New Years dinner, which so great was very happy that we were able to really experience the traditional dinner. Marvin’s father cooked up a storm, there were so many dishes, mostly sea food, I was in heaven. Of course there were some odd things thrown in there but for the most part all was delicious, we even had shark fin in a soup. I ... read more

Hello all, It has been awhile since my last entry, so a little update is needed. I traveled back to Taiwan on the 9th November for the shooting of the music video. We arrived Taipei around noon, checked into the hotel met up with the people that work for Puma in Taiwan for lunch then a car took us to the studio which was about an hour outside the city in the hills. We were there at around 4pm the shooting lasted till 6am. It was interesting to see but exhausting I don’t know how the band survived because this whole time they are dancing away and making the video, slightly insane. It was also interesting to see how things are handled when a band is representing a product, we want them to showcase the clothes ... read more

Well it has been two weeks since I have written, there was no time. Last week was preparation for the trip to Taipei Taiwan; I went out one night to the horse races which were fun to see. The place was filled with foreigners and then the serious Chinese who were playing the big bucks on the horses. Our flight to Taiwan left Saturday night, there were five of us on the flight which was nice. We arrived and were driven straight to the hotel. We put our bags in our room and then went to the hotel bar for some Champaign; Christoph gave us and the bar tender a lesson on how champagne should taste/ look, first bottle they brought was not expectable. Sunday morning 9am we were all off on the bus to the ... read more

Hello everyone! Well it’s been a week, I think I will try to write in this blog every Sunday (re-cap of the week!) So I am currently sitting at my favorite caffe called Habitu, it’s an Italian caffe that is out of my budget range but if I stick with coffee and something small to eat it’s well worth it! It’s quite, has nice couches, good music playing and free wireless, a nice break from the crazy world outside that is for sure. So lets see what happened this week, Monday was pretty standard if I can remember correctly, Tuesday however turned into slight nightmare, I had to plan all these budget meetings for Christoph and Erik, well planning times with different countries also while Christoph is in Shanghai was not as easy as I thought. ... read more

The first day the former intern was there to show me everything; there was so much information to take in. The second day i was on my own, which was very confusing. Lukely Angie who is Christoph's assistant ( i am pretty much her assistant) is so helpful! I learned from day one that this internship was going to be a lot of work, but a great learning experience. I also learned that i would be working long hours...i wake up everyday at around 8am leave the apartment by 8:30 or 9. walk to the ferry pier where i take the star ferry which takes about 6mins. (love the ferry!) get over to kowloon and have about a 10 to 15min walk through the enormous mall we work above. At work lets see what do i ... read more

Hello all! I am finally making a blog, I think that it will be the best way to stay connected to everyone!! I have been here just over a month now, time fly’s, and so much has taken place in this month! Were to start...i landed in Asia in a daze, pretty much took 24 hours to get here (and six movies) going through customs i was surrounded by Asians and tons of masks. On the other side of costumes was Christoph who picked me up at the airport. We took the express train from the airport (which is on it's own island) to Hong Kong island. We met with my landlord who gave me the keys to my tiny apartment!! I live on the 15th floor, there is a small living room, tiny kitchen, three ... read more
