| 10th March 2008 Leo | The same frustration experience - From: A long jounrey to Fenghuang Hi! Paul. It seems very interesting when you stayed in Huai Hua railway station.I mean I really understand your feeling. I remember my experience when I travelled in Laos. I faced the same problem when I went from LuangProbang,Laos to Yun Nan province. I had already booked a ticket but the international bus was cancelled because of no enough passengers. I almost didn't catch up with my flight! I didn't argue with him who bought ticket ot me. I slept in a small and dirty hostel nearby bus station and studied the route back to China and calculated the whole trip's time whole night in order to get to Jinghong on time. Fortunately, I caught up with my flight with so much help. I think no matter what difficult situation you meet, you can overcome it. I think this is an interesting and unforgettable experience during the journey. |

| 28th February 2008 Gillian | GuangZhou - From: Xiamen Hey Paul, wish you a safe time in Guangzhou. What people talked about is true that GZ is much less safer than SH, esp in the railway station area. I lived in that city for 2 years. Tianhe area is nice however. Oh, you can try a tour on the Pearl River , bit similiar to our Huangpu river. Stay well there:) You know you can always ask for help from our Web Guangzhou. hehhe.... |
