Well, what can I say other than I'm looking forward to the month long trip we're going to take in Peru. We have most of our destinations picked such as Lima, sandboarding in Huacachina, Nazca lines, canyons around the Cuzco area and Machu Pichu of course. Luisa and I seem to be in agreement on these ones. The one causing a bit of dispute is going into the jungle. I want to go into the pacaya samiria reserve in the amazon. To see it in its fullest essence would mean roughing it a bit, camping etc. because it's quite deep in the jungle. Luisa is trying to convince me to go to a jungle lodge. They seem ok and I think I would see most of what I am hoping for but it is quite pricey ... read more
