I was on a bench on the train with 6 other men for 13 hours Luckily I was able to crawl under the bench and lay on the floor beneath them for the majority of the trip and was even able to grab a few hours of sleep After a train transfer in Lisbon and anothe http://www.travelblog.org/Europe/Portugal/Algarve/Lagos/blog-420702.html PamplonaSan Sebastian Well it has been a while since my last update and I will try not to make this too long. When I last wrote Richard and I were planning on heading to the bull arena in Pamplona to try and get tickets for the bullfight. We headed there and found scalpers everywhere...seemed as though everyone we talked to was selling tickets. The prices started high 7050 euro as it was a couple hours before the ma http://www.travelblog.org/Europe/Spain/Navarre/Pamplona/blog-419406.html Pamplona So we made it to Pamplona after a 6 hour bus ride that left Barcelona at 730am....we arrived in Pamplona around 2 and the madness ensued. The moment we got off the bus we were surrounded by thousands of people in white shirts and red scarfs completely covered in red wine.....absolutely drunk off their asses. It was a site that we will not soon forget. So needless to say the first thing we did was http://www.travelblog.org/Europe/Italy/blog-416155.html Nice and Barcelona After an insane 24 hour marathon of travel we arrived in Barcelona yesterday safe and sound. We took an 830pm night train that was scheduled to arrive in Barcelona at 10am the next morning.....perfect Unfortunately our train was delayed 15 minutes which made us miss our connecting train thus creating 24 hours of transferring training inland 4 hour lay overs at 5 in the morning....etc. It was q http://www.travelblog.org/Europe/France/Provence-Alpes-C-te-d-Azur/blog-415478.html Cinque Terre I think I just published 2 new entries from Croatia that I had written but not published Im not sure what happened there....thats a lot of reading i know. So after much difficulty and confusion I finally met up with Richard I was down at the harbour looking for him for 2 mornings...the first day he wasn't there because he accidentally told me the wrong day.....ooooops. bloody forbes The 2nd morning I was up at the crack of 9 again to meet him at the harbour....but again to no avail. He was re routed into Zagreb and had to take a bus down from http://www.travelblog.org/Europe/Croatia/Dalmatia/Dubrovnik/blog-410718.html Rome So we made it safely to Rome from Dubrovnik after a loooong 24 hours of busses overnight ferries and trains.
