I found a new favourite activity; beach hopping via ATV's. I absolutely love Greece. Like, everyone should spend two weeks here. THe people are friendly, the crowd is young, and camping hostels are SO MUCH FUNNN!!! So, this is going to be a condensed blog of my days, since I have to play catch-up. I'm in London now, and internet is much more affordable.. I think I left the story at flying to Santorini. It was a 20 min plane ride, we bought our tiockets at the airport and we made up over 50% of the passengers! The airports in greece bus you to the plane on the tarmack.. a bit of a different experience. May 7, 2009 Santorini!!! Today we dook a day tour around the Santorini islands. Karen was feeling ill, so she stayed ... read more

In ATHENS! (delphi is not an option on the blogger Athens is b-e-a-utiful! The ruins are nice and marble, and have soooo much history behind them. We've visited the Acropilis, Agora, a judiciary court at the top of a hill (required a bit of a hike) and tonight we're going to hike one more hill. Greece is 10x more exciting than Canada! People here can walk in ancient markets with collosial columns and have a picnic in that scenery.. we haven't had to pay for entry into any of the places we've gone to so far, which is also amazing. I called this day a safari in Greece, because all we've done so far is walk/hike around to all the ancient ruins. And the GRANDEUR of it all is inspiring! The temple of Zeus ruin ... read more

Hello from a soon to be adventurer Michelle's First Blog oh the places you'll go If you didn't already guess, this is my first ever, online, personal, accesible, up-to-date, candid blog Tonight Leslie and I head out to Europe, a continent I've heard a lot about, but have never ventured into because I've been (seriously) busy. The time is right, now! Having just graduated engineering, this trip has kept me equally as occupied in preparing for it... ho humm.... I've had about a week or less between my last exam and tonight's takeoff! Nevertheless, where would I be without my knights in shining armour to save the day and plan many spectacular adventures, them being my travel mates, Annie, Leslie, Ruby, and Karebear (Karen).. and of course Sophie for so generously allowing me to bunk at ... read more
