The highlight for me though was the Mitchell Falls. Words can't really describe this place. To get here is about a 78 day drive from Cairns. I'm actually in Alice Springs at the moment. It makes a change for time spent out bush through the Gregory NP Kakadu and Litchfield. Gregory is very remote. It took me 4 days to travel just under 300km over the tracks there. It's been great fun. We've bush camped under the open stars seen awesome scenery and waterfalls been rained in for a day or so until the roads were opened again got 40mm in one night.
