My wife and I will be arriving in Saigon, Vietnam in early January, 2008. I would like to fly to Da Nang, Phu Quoc and perhaps Hanoi and would like to know what the flights will cost. Is it hard to make reservations a couple of days in advance or is it possible to make them by the net before we leave California.
