bez kenny & me phuket

la paz
after getting off the plane at the wrong stop and getting back on we land in la paz . everyone wonders about altitude sickness , scott has been takin tablets for it 2 months before we set off , we are all ok . only here 4 days again , of all the time to be here there was a ban on beer for 3 days because of an election , which also gets in the way of our visit to the infamous san pedro prison . rode down 'the worlds most dangerous road ( http://www.gravitybolivia.com/view?page=27 ) on a mountain bike , and it pissed down all the way . starts off at 4700m in the clouds , snow & llamas everwhere , finishes after 64km at 1100m in a jungle surrounded by giant parrots . ... read more
cusco main square
the last leg of this trip , could have done with more time here . could have done with more time everwhere . cusco was one of the best nights out on the trip , plenty of bars and things to do . stayed a night in aguas calientes and tried the local delicacy - roasted guinea pig . even fetched it out with chips and a bit of garnish to make it look good . machu picchu the next day .... read more

heavy night in phnom penh
after a couple of nights in singapore we (scott , bez , budgie , yid & me) fly to phnom penh to see the killing fields , S21 , and go to the shooting range for a blast with AK47's , & uzi's ect offered a chicken for $20 to shoot or the chance of of a cow and a RPG for $300 , phnom penh has worst roads you have ever seen in any capital city i have ever seen , the only way to cross is close your eyes - set off and hope no one hits you . set off south to sihanoukville , but its june & it pisses down all day and all night so not much happenin , except weed flavoured pizza's so make our way back to pp. to ... read more
5 star suite at the tranquilo
4 of us this time , bez scott budgie & me . not enough time here really only 5 days to get to panama including the first (of many) +8hr taxi rides . only got couple of photos . here 17 december , carnival on the streets of san jose with everyone throwing confetti in each others faces . our hostel tranquilo turned out to be in the middle of the local ladyboy hangout , but thats another story ... read more

without doubt the weirdest border crossing ever , an old railway bridge like the one in 'stand by me' . looks like its going to fall into the river any second . spent couple of days in boca del torres , missed flights & another +8hr taxi / boat combo to panama city . ... read more
