Holaaaaaaaa! So a slight change of plans. No silvermine. When we found out that it would take 1dqy to get there we just went to Kyoto instead. A quite big city which reminded a lot of London. Off again and the ferry and train. On the ferry a small girl maybe 3 yeas old called me Godzilla and waved very eutusiastic at me :) a lot of people stare an Im getting tired of it. -------------------------Update #1-------------------------- Day 1: Tanegashima is the first island directly south of japan. We got there today after a long journey from Hiroshima. We read that they have a nice 12km long beach with surfing possibilities. Sea turtles layig their egg there now. Also said to be hot sprigs here were you can relax under a water fall. We walked to thetourist info in Hiroshima and asked. 1h later the nice reseptionist had found us a cheap hostel fixed trains (2changes) and boat ticket. Today I wake up at 6 ( it's plus 8h gmt here). Called my girl but he Internet in Osaka was rubbish. So we chatted I've msn instead. It was better. Then I woke up fredrik. We went and bought a couple of rice balls. They like to put things on sticks here aswell. Yesterday I had a sausage on a stick. Nice. After the riceballs we checked of. So finally it was time to leave new Zealand behind us and after a 3h flight to sidney. A 7h wait and then 10 flight to Tokyo we were exausted. Even though we slept some in the plane. And finally warm air. Ash. The bad thing is that I now have a lot of unnecessary cloths. But I've put them in a "sleepingbag" case and comprimised them like winrar so they take no space. Soooo back in christchurch. Long lazy boring days win not much to do. I get to think a lot. Calm down the lady back home. Mexicana with a temperament she is. That's why I love her. So... Back in queenstown again. I feel like I'm finnished here now and there is not more to do. I'm home sick as well which doesn't makes things easier. Today has been the worst day since I left. Fidde went to Auckland to see cat one last time but it was too much money for me to put down to be the 3d wheel. So today I slept in but couldn't sleep. After a lay day in quenstown with a night out at the pub to say good bye to some new friends we made along the way. We even had custom made shirts saying "let's play connected best drinking game ever" awesome fun. I'll try to upload some photos when I'm back I queenstown of Christchurch. Well well here we go again. This time we go go go to queenstown. The bus trip is going fast. A bit too fast according to our calculations. On the website it said the trip would take 17 days. Okey we though so that will give us 1 week in queenstown then we are off to japan. But we are already here in queenstown. We have just the south part of nz left with the bus and that's a 3 days trip. Leaving the glacier behind and heading foe a small town called makarora. On the way we stopped at fox glacier I have a look from a distance. Fox is just another glacier but boring because it doesn't have the same hilly landscape. And after that we drove down to mirror lake. A lake that reflect everything just like a mirror.
