I went to get my new passport today and have spent most of the morning explaining to my Mom how completely safe this trip will be but of course I tell her that about every harebrained idea I have. I can't wait to leave. http://www.travelblog.org/North-America/United-States/Illinois/Chicago/blog-2041.html the 8 of us have been informed this morning that there will be no trip. all of us the travelerswanted to go but the school says no. jon our teacher i know feels terrible. this is a great loss for Peredinya university and all the professors who had the next three weeks scheduled for us. i know the school has our best interests at heart but i can't help but be sad. yesterday i finally finis http://www.travelblog.org/North-America/United-States/Illinois/Chicago/blog-2762.html well the trip to Sri Lanka is still on. The group of eight students who I am traveling with have decided unanimously to go forward.
