Taj Mahal
Wow how lucky are you kids! It sounds as though everything has been a real learning experience in every way. I'm envious of you being able to see the the Taj Mahal and Red Fort. I loved the way you finished your blog saying that "India" is the only way to describe India- it allows all of your experiences to complete the "India" picture. Well done. Looking forward to seeing you and the team on Friday evening. Luv Mum.

Blog reading
It's great reading everyone's blogs. I was impressed with the response you got from Rohit in Singapore. I've met a few people out and about and they all enquire about you. I suppose when you get home u r going to want a pet cow. We're all amazed that Cathy found her sister; as they say: no matter where you go you're likely to run into someone you know. Looking forward to your news from Dehli. Love Mum.

G/day !
Hi Gerard, Eve and Ben and your fellow travellers, Have read your entries with much interest and envy!! You are having such an experience and no doubt will have hours of stories to tell when you get home. As I write this it is 39 degrees C in the kitchen and was almost as hot yesterday. They say a cool change is on the way ?? and that tomorrow will be in the low 20s. I do hope so. Gerard, it seems that you experienced some "altitude sickness" and maybe some microscopic parasitic infection of the digestive system and so will have some points to add when we do "In Search of Better Health". Hopefully I'm able to press the right buttons to get this thing to send the message that I love the info and am thinking of you all and wishing you God speed ......and safely. No more of the hash, Gerard! Bye for now and love Helen

WELL SAID
Hey Gerard, I am from Kolkata and right now stay in Singapore. Whatever you have said about the city is right but the way u have put it is great. Salutes to you. Its actually refreshing to see a blog which presents the truth but is not deragotary. People have to realise that we are still a developing country with a population of 1.3 Billion people. Believe me Indians are one of the warmest people if u get to know them. Have a great and safe journey. Cheers, Rohit

This is exciting
Hi guys, I've never blogged before so this India trip of yours is having some rather startling repercussions already you realise!. Hot dry and still rainless back here in the Hunter Valley but I am wondering how you're all fairing up there on the roof of the world. Did everyone bring enough warm clothes? Is it really trekking or are we casually strolling along some scenic foothills with snow capped mountains in the distance? Either way it will be fantastic I'm sure. Gerard, your wonderfully informative reportage is really appreciated and so well done. Looking forward to the next one. Love to all keep safe and well everyone. Love from Eve's fam. (Hi babe!)

A first
Your mother has shown me how to read your messages and so just a quick hello to let you, Gerard, and also Eve and Ben, that we're thinking of you. I think I'd like to be there, if I didn't have to fly over. Have a Happy New Year! You're going to have a very different one. Love, Helen.
