| 1st September 2008 eddie sibiya | thick line between propaganda and distortion - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? Well, let us hope both Mgabe and Toyko Sexwale have same mansion. These pictures were previously presented as Sexwale's mansion. Are they co-owning it or what. This is a distortion and whoever doing it is weak. The people who can be believe this piece of rubbish are those who are mental disturbed and not well informed. You have no dignity, pride and self respect. Your weakness is in your thinking. Your brain has been twisted. |
| 29th August 2008 Lori | Who's house is it? - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? I just saw a video on youtube, and these pictures were on the video. The owner was an actor from India, his name is Shah Rukh Khan. Who is right? |

| 8th July 2008 Joe | Mugabe - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? I find the british governments public condemnation of Mugabe hypocritical. The west has a tradition of supporting people like Mugabe as standard foreign policy. Now they decide he has gone too far when they need a distraction from Iraq or whatever else and get they show how humanitarian and good they can be. Why has nothing been said or done before now? Mugabe has been destructive dictator for a while already. |
| 7th July 2008 VKhawani | I am not sure, these are Mugabe Mansion pictures! - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? I am not sure about other pictures, but I recognize a couple of them as an Indian Actor Shah Rukh Khan's residence, as I have seen him giving interview in front of his house on TV Channels a couple of times & they also showed these pictures on a TV news channel as Shah Rukh Khan's residence. I myself have seen his house from outside. So at least, the outer side is SRK's house & not of Mr. Mugabe, as you claim! |

| 7th June 2008 Nicola Griffin | info on Maddy - From: Maddy McCann- One year on- WHO DUNNIT...a letter to the Maddy Fans. My mom was just on holiday in Portugal and met with a friend who lives in Praia da Luz. My mom was curious to know the opinion of this friend on the Maddy case. It wasn't what I expected. This woman didn't have anything good to say. In fact, this friend has a friend who actually lives directly above the villa where the McCann's stayed. She said that the parents went out EVERY night and sometimes much farther away than the Tapas bar. She said that the children cried a lot and that Maddy was a difficult child. She said that Maddy hid in the garden so that her parents couldn't go out and leave them again. This just made me think even less of the parents. She also said the apartment has remained vacant since the abduction. I have been under the impression that the Ocean Club rented it out again which further hindered the investigation. Also, you had said you went to the door of where they were staying and the people who were staying there were upset at you for interrupting their holiday. It's all very confusing. Any thoughts? Nicola |
| 4th June 2008 Walter N. M | Mugabe's Mansion? - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? It has been said that "When we are foolish, we want to conquer the world. When we are wise, we want to conquer ourselves." Back to the so called "Mugabe Mansion," I would like to know whether the pictures were taken from a well known luxury real estate magazine, or they really belong to one of the fine properties in a land where man made hunger, miserable existence, and absolute dysfunction has turned a once properous nation into the world's numero uno basket case? And talking of greed, lust for power and unwanton waste of resources that would have been used to uplift many citizens of the world from abject poverty; does anyone living out there ... , know of a country (name withheld) that continues to spend over 'five million euros' a year in maintaining the residence - not the embassy - of its ambassador? Mugabe type of gross wastage on pharaoh-mansions continues - to take place 24/7 - right under our watchful eyes, and it should be condemned by all. Will likes of Simba Makoni turn out to be a mixed blessing or another vicious curse for Zimbabwe? Are Zimbabweans going to have another Jokaya Kikwete or worse Mwai Kibaki in Simba Makoni and company? |

| 24th March 2008 Nada | - From: MAD ABOUT MADDY!-The Madeleine McCann Mystery- A travellers Perspective Yes, I'm from Serbia and I'm journalist. I've been following a lot of cases of missing children, and Maddie's case has a lot of illogical pointers. Here in Balkans there are children abduction and kids being kidnapped and enslaved to work for others, but those are mostly children that no one is looking for (Gypsies) Maddie wasn’t kidnapped to be sold as a work slave, when whole world is looking for her. I don’t believe in Kate / Gerry theory, but something is fishy here. So much money, so little progress. All of the little girls I've mentioned had been found, just not Maddie. |
| 24th March 2008 indi | interesting! - From: MAD ABOUT MADDY!-The Madeleine McCann Mystery- A travellers Perspective as ive always said: this investigation lacks the kind of imagination necessary to find maddy. what you are saying makes robably the most sense ive heard in a long time. there are many things that could be done ... but they arnt.... could that in itself be a reason NOT to find out the truth? btw are you from serbia? we have friends there. |
| 23rd March 2008 Nada | another idea - From: MAD ABOUT MADDY!-The Madeleine McCann Mystery- A travellers Perspective I've been following Maddie's case for some time now. As someone mentioned, this case is now linked to every child abduction case in world. I think it should be. The fact is that three girls have disappeared in close time. Maddeline Mccann in Porugal, Marie Luz Cotres in Spain and Ylenia Lenhard in Switzerland. Both Marie Luz and Ylenia Lenhard had been found dead, with no signs of sexual abuse. The strange thing is that all the missing girls were approximately same age. In case of Ylenia, kidnaper was Urs Hans Von Aesch, 67 yeats old, convicted criminal, not sexual molester. What get to think that Maddie might be a victim of organ sale is this article http://www.b92.net/eng/news/crimes-article.php?yyyy=2008&mm=03&dd=21&nav_id=48671 During the war in Kosovo, around 300 people were abducted and taken into camps by Albanian mafia in order to sell their organs to buyers all over the world. Hague international court is currently working on this case. If you Google Albanian mafia, you'll see that they are one of the best organized in the world. Don’t get me wrong I'm not trying to develop political discussion here, or point to anyone. I could be done by any other criminal group. What do you think? |
| 20th March 2008 indi | hi -no-still no vision - From: what happened to Maddy. no ,it seems they have run out of ideas... like i said i still think they shud set up a camp in spain and get people to come...do an informal international search...they just won a case against the press and got 550000 pounds - anyway,i dont believe they will do anything but what they are already doing- wasting money on those lazy detectives... ive always said they need to do a different approach... but thats me...who would listen? i spoke to sir richard branson about it and he is right behind them... but i believe without vision they are clutching at straws in their efforts. |

| 17th March 2008 indi | thanks but no thanks - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? i try not to judge ;so that is why i allowed your post. firstly im not a mouth piece for the british government - in fact if you read someof my other blogs- thats IF youre an intelligent man who is able to be objective; then read them. as far as pidgin english, thats your opinion;in fact its obvious your main motivation is to provoke a response by attacking. the truth is simply this : mugabe was a good leader until he started putting his nose into places it didnt belong... for example the congo.then after he lost his wife - who by the way stole money fromdonors and financed pet private projects with them... this is NOT about racism; this is simply about accountability to the peopleof zimbabwe , who are suffering because of bobs ideologies- most of them self centred and not nation centred. Put a good leader like SIMBA MAKONI into power and you will see the star rising again on zimababwe. right now ...lets face it corruther... its a friggin mess.! - and theres no one to blame for that except mugabes stupid policies and corrupt ideas and his cronies. if he really cared about the peope he would put them first and stop acting like some kind of emperor... and fianlly ; this ISNT mugabes mansion...i am told... his is even better... so please go dig a hole and hide in it... or face up to reality and see it for what it is. |
| 1st March 2008 Tshwane city | stop corrupting travelblog with propaganda - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? erictjie you are a Rhodesian fascist, go suck Smith and Hitler. Moronic c*nt. Paul Robin Denton, considering all the bumming around the earth as a proclaimed "spiritual traveller" you come across as a bitter twisted fantasist. Get a life, get a job, stop hanging out with Nazis and stop corrupting the travelbog website with your pidgin English and unsophisticated political propaganda. You sound like a mouthpiece for the British government. The fact you took umbrage, not at erictjie's racist gibberish but at the post pointing out the mansion photos clogging your blog page are nothing to do with Robert Mugabe and have been circulating the net about all African leaders, says it all. Creep. |
| 26th February 2008 private contractor | Not Mugabe's mansion - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? That is Philippe Chiyangwa's mansion in Borrowdale, Harare. The flamboyant former politician and business man has a huge house along Crowhill road. Chiyangwa is Mugabe's cousin and was a partner in his dastardly deeds. He would later run afoul of Mugabe and was imprisoned in 2005 and has since been released. Mugabe's mansion is much, much larger, and furnished much nicer. His pool is indoors, and the grounds of his estate include huge greenhouses where his food is grown specifically for himself. |

| 30th January 2008 indi | My vision . - From: The Madeleine McCann Story: an Unholy Covenant? In my vision...actually , ive documented this vision with the date... - I prayed to God and asked Him to give me a vision of WHERE Maddy was ... In this vision I saw the character that is currently being toked around by the press. Not exactly as the identikit but it was more or less the same. In this vision Maddy was on a mattress playing with some toys... i cant remember what kind of toys they were exactly... I think that she was playing a dialogue game with dolls or teddies... then i saw the man lying on the floor overlooking the ocean...- it was the meditteranean sea. |
| 30th January 2008 indi | i agree - From: The Madeleine McCann Story: an Unholy Covenant? i dont believe they did it...but i do believe the public do not have ALL the information. I probably would have done MOST of the things the Mccanns HAVE DONE SO FAR..INCLUDING MAKING A MIVIE OUT OF THE WHOLE THING...BUT... and I say but... I WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MONEY ON THESE LAZY DETACTIVES... |
| 29th January 2008 Diane Dowell | The Devil Made Them Do it - From: The Madeleine McCann Story: an Unholy Covenant? Fro m the beginning, I never believed their story. However, I do not feel they killed her, but probably had some pact with a society such as illuminati, free masonry or the Pilgrim Society. Maybe Maddy was the price they had to pay for their other 2 children and/or their professions. Don't know exactly how this will all come to light, but I do not want to be in their shoes when it does. |
| 21st December 2007 live_life | Number 10 Downing Street - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? Bet some one thinks the queen of England lives in poverty. Or bush lives in a tree house. Which actually he should. Live to tell Erictjie about "Organised Civilizations".... Africans have been ruling themselves for less than 60 years. Hear that: 60 YEARS! And look where we are today. We have cities and economies that are way ahead of what "Other" civilisations had but achieved in but 60 years. There is another side to the coin. You thieving bastards! |
| 13th December 2007 Falc | Red dust road - From: Tanzania...a country on the right road! I'll just share that I understand you entirely. Something about Africa is home.. though I never knew what that feeling was like before I'd been there. Something's just.. Familiar, as though an ancient genetic memory. I may not enjoy the bureaucracy, the corruption, disease or poverty, but I can also be part of the good and rich hearts found in the midst of it all. (So long as I don't lose my cool when confronted with blatant disregard for what's inherently Right.) I'm headed across the Pond from the States at the end of the month, a brief visit with friends in Glasgow, and then ferreting my way down, back to Senegal, on a no-budget trip. Perhaps we'll have the chance to share a camp along the way? Peace & Creation, JT |
| 12th December 2007 indi | racism is nothing to do with it! - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? do you know me? no you dont. ! the truth is - these photos were sent to me and i used them to highlight the injustices of the president of zimbabwe who has been given the coutnry to steward - the TRUTH is - it doesnt matter if it is or not... hes abused the zimbawean people and their hopes and dreams. IF he had been an honest leader - RACE would have had nothing to do with it. hell, i would have worked in his garden if he paid me the wage i requested. the issue here is - how can this man claim to be the legitamate leader of the nation if he got his wealth through illegitamate means... ie ripping off black and white people... even if these pictures are not from mugabes mansion- the truth is that he does have not one...but several... houses - some of which he has appropriated... does that mean we need to hold him to account or the people that created zimbabwe in the first place? |
| 10th December 2007 me | oh and to answer your question - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? This is not Mugabe's mansion, take from me a Zimbabwean who doesnt even like the guy. These pictuures have been circulating the net and have been linked to all leaders African. Quite frankly its annoying when people go out on a limb without checking facts. I know you are askiing but.... Anyway the answer is no...there is no way pictures can be taken. There is security everywhere and people all over...let us all use common sense |
| 10th December 2007 me | you are a racist - From: Is this really Mugabes Mansion? you are being a racist. What does the Mugabe's greed have anything to do with the rest of us? Secondly, the "organised" people managed to do that by pillaging and using African manpower - study your history!!!! Should I assume just because crusaders went around killing people and Bush is still killing people that all white people are slow, evil people? Get a clue. Mugabe will never allow pictures of his house to be taken. What do you think Zimbabwe is...America? It does not happen. Secondly we have seen those pictures attached to ALL African leaders - recently Tokyo Sexwale (I dunno but I hope you know who that is). Are you people so gullible? It helps a lot when people are not sheep. Well the good news is tables are turning and black people are organising themselves and soon I will be owning a plantation ....guess who will be working in my sugar cane fields....I can taste the sweetness. |
| 2nd December 2007 indi | dear sudanese. - From: SUDAN- "INDIA" OF AFRICA! the thoughts are clear; perhaps you should clear your head!...whether youre sudanese or not. i am speaking here about the concept of tolerance.- this is the mian philosophy of the west. i am contrasting this to your philosophy. which is to say: tolerance is shameful. in this debate ; i look at your thoughts and try to find merit in them.this is what true democracy is all about... dialogue and intercourse. |

| 28th November 2007 indi | yes ...it is and no i wont - From: MAD ABOUT MADDY!-The Madeleine McCann Mystery- A travellers Perspective yes , england is a "chrisitan country" although it is now a mutlifaith country too. personal beliefs arewhat Blogging is about. whentragedy takes place people try tosearch for those things that giv them inner strength.. one of them is personal belief.. and the mccanns have exactly done that bymeeting the pope. but yes; i too believe that there is a level of hypcracy... butthat shoudl not stop us from addressing the issue of children that are abducted or left alone at home. |
| 28th November 2007 JMB | This has to have an agenda - From: MAD ABOUT MADDY!-The Madeleine McCann Mystery- A travellers Perspective I live in Portugal and after a few minutes of conversation with the local people, the subject about Madeleine comes up. The Portuguese people are subservient to their TVs which pump out the "latest" brainwashing propaganda into all the homes, bars and restaurants. I believe NOTHING that the news tells us because it is only what they want us to know. I can't comment on the parents but their attitude is suspicious. I say to the portuguese people (and the expats here) that there are thousands of children abducted each week so why the big deal about this one? My comment goes over their heads and all they do is blame the parents for leaving her unattended. This is ridiculous and hypocritical because there are thousands of "latch key" kids in England alone, young children who have to let themselves in after school or wander the streets. I have no doubt whatsoever that this was a planned (although to any one with half a brain TOTALLY UNCONVINCING) abduction with or without the collusion of the parents. I would however like to make the point that the blogger is also bringing in his own contribution to the agenda by enforcing his own religious conviction which will make his argument seem less convincing to some people - humanists for example, who would be most aggrieved to think that this was a Christian issue. A fact is a fact. Keep your personal beliefs out of it. And as for the point about England being a Christian country.....which reality are you living in? |
| 14th November 2007 indi | I'VE SPENT TIME IN THE SUDAN! - From: SUDAN- "INDIA" OF AFRICA! Ive spent nearly 5 months travellig around the Sudan...and I have friends that go to Sudan delivering bibles...and yes, it IS the land that time forgot because - until Darfur...most people - including media people have NEVER heard about Sudan. In fatc I wager if you were to go to Juba or WAU today MUCH OF IT HASNT CHANGED IN THE LAST 25 YEARS. Sudan is an african country that like Zimbabwe is living in Limbo. And the fault of that is purely because its peoples do not rise up and make a change. |
| 14th November 2007 Nwabu | nonsense - From: SUDAN- "INDIA" OF AFRICA! Sudan is a country that you need to spend time in for it to reveal its secrets. Its not a place that time forgot. |
