Imagine the bus trip from hell and you would be pretty close to our L.A to Las Vegas trip. From the start this trip went down hill, we got to the greyhound bus station in L.A nice and early (8am), so as to get to Vegas just after lunch. But the chick at the counter gave us the wrong tickets so then we had to wait till the 10 o'clock bus. I left Sydney at 3pm on the 23rd and after a 13 hr flight a few movies, Jim beam blacks ( you would have loved it Walsh) and a top sunset and sunrise (B, the sun sets behind you and you case it round the world and it rises when you get close to the Calli coast) I arrived in L.A.X at 11am the same day, 4 hrs before I left. On Thursday night I left home with all my yearly belongings. We (Walsh &Goltzy) stayed at Bec's in Gladstone then Friday morning at sunrise we set of to Byron bay. We arrived before 2 after a pretty good drive and found the beach house, which was next to a backpackers and a 50m walk to the beach! The rest of the boys from Brissy arrived about 8:30pm (Gormo, ruebs, marty, kounga and moodie), we celebrated their arrival with some drinking games.
