Wow, haven't been on here in a really long time. I supposed I should start by posting pics from our wedding trip to Jamaica. There will be plenty to follow, as we head for a year long trip of the west coast of the US starting in September!

Still a traveling therapist, and my wife and I decided to take a year and explore the west coast. In order to do this, we had to get out to the west coast, obviously. So, we sent my Mustang up to stay in Maine for the year under the watchful eye of the Danielson clan, packed the Jeep to the brim, with just enough room for Amanda, Danni, and myself, and headed "west my son." I started trying to put the pictures into order, but there were a few too many, and my eyes started hurting staring at the monitor that long, so think of it as browsing the trip on "shuffle."... read more

North America » Mexico » Quintana Roo » Riviera Maya February 18th 2007

My company sends all qualified employees on a trip, once a year, all expenses paid. This year we flew into Cancun, Mexico, and then got carted down to a resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. My sister went on the trip with me, and we left Tucson, AZ on the 18th. We got to the resort around 4:30 pm, and then at 7:30pm had a big "meet and greet" with all the employees and their respective guests. Of course, open bar. Other than that first night, the only time you saw other employees is if you planned to meet somewhere, or randomly bumped into each other. It was great. img= read more

North America » Canada » Quebec » MontrĂ©al January 13th 2007

So, I feel like visiting the past a little bit. Seeing as how Canada is the only foreign country I've been to, and it will be approximately one month until I go to my next country, Mexico, I figured I'd rehash a wonderful trip to Montreal my family took. I only wish I had pictures to go along with this, because the story is hilarious....well, at least for those of us present for it. So, it was back in 1995, because Jessica had to come up from UMO to join our little caravan. We took two vehicles, females in one, males in the other. My mom, my sister, and my grandmother were driving my sister's Ford Escort, and my dad, my grandfather, and I were riding in a little Ford Escort, also. Mom had made reservations ... read more

North America » United States » Arizona » Summerhaven December 9th 2006

I did this one in a little under 4 hours. It was fun, because it was like hiking in Maine again, even with snow. And, it was bear country, which adds a bit of excitement. Apparently this part of the state was crippled by wildfire, because there was a lot of ash, charred trees and vegetation, and downfall. Good hike, though.... read more

North America » United States » Arizona » Phoenix November 22nd 2006

Went to see my favorite hockey team on their only trip out to play Phoenix this season. Unbelievable...I buy my ticket, throw on my Devils gear, and when I get there I find out my seat is right in the middle of the season ticket holders. Hooray....hostile territory. I was up for it....I mean, come on, Phoenix blows ass....and then I sat and watched my team get their asses handed to them. Good thing I enjoy a little misery every once in a while.... read more

I am currently in Tucson, AZ. I drove out here over the course of three days, and left from Watervliet, NY. Fun trip....should have taken a little more time and enjoyed it, though....maybe on the return trip. read more
