what a life
you are a whole new woman than the amanda miller i know...she was someone who i might have considered meek, but you are a daring, courageous woman. i would love to get a tutorial someday on how to afford such a trip, where to go, what to bring, etc. and no matter what you do, keep writing. sara_kiesler@yahoo.com

So, some guy just puts Anacondas in his pants? Hmmm. That image will stick with me. Also sticking: that wetlands sunset. And the image of a pink dolphin. I hope you got a picture of that! Sounds like you're having so much fun. I'm totally jealous. And I'm glad that although you've been a professional writer you're still a miserable speller...it's just something about you I never want to change. Coming pretty standard these days, eh?
So strange. I was just thinking about you today and how you hadn't updated in a while. I also was thinking about Bolivia for some reason (but, really, for a geography nerd like me, that's not unusual). So, it seems psychic that this is your adventure for the day. Am still jealous. But happier more every day. Can't wait to hear about the Pampas.

Saw your parents at Uncle Brian's last Saturday. They are looking pretty good for having a daughter who is so far away. Wow! I can't believe you are the same kid I watched Grandama Lois hang upside down as a baby so you would grow straight. All the family enjoyed the fourth of July fireworks at Knoxville. They were the best I had ever seen them put on. Not much going on at our house this summer, Lauren is 12 and bored, Spencer is 15 and plays to much gameboy.
