I totally feel your compassion towards the begging children, I have seen in before in other countries with usually a parent not too far behind prodding this, it is soo sad, especially being a mom. Thank God I haven't had to walk in their shoes. I agree with your moms blog, you are doing an excellent job as we get to travel with you. You really have no idea how much your verbage and pics really enlighten me. Robert and I love to travel and miss it soooo much. I can't say I envy the whole snake eating/drinking thing, ugggh, but you go girlfriend.. Look forward to reading on. bless you guys.

Ok Ok, last time I had time to read your blog I was enjoying the tranquilty of the journey. i'm so glad this one is easier, it's a lot more fun to post on here too! it's sooooooooooooo good to hear from you!!! so, if it were 9am this morning, i was on an 18-hour overnight bus ride down the east coast of vietnam and it sucked. haha, but worth it to see the country. no saving juicy nuggets of gossip for a rainy day...send me a message on facebook. in fact, i'm going to go request this message from you on facebook as well, just to make sure i'm up on the happenings!!! miss you and love you!

HEY KAILIE!!! for one thing i am soooo glad that you have this new blog!!! i tried to get on to the other one and i couldnt figure it out!!! i am an idiot. but i have been watching on facebook! you are truly on an adventure. It is really weird b/c the pics that i have seen seem so fake. Like you are not really there or something. For instance, that crazy tiger picture! this might be weird, but, last night at like 9PM i was thinking about you. I realized that it was around 9 or so in the morning for you, and i was wondering what you were up to, what you were doing, and who you were talking to. it is so weird to think that you are a half a world away! Here, we are all doing great and into the same old things, and for some of us into things that we would rather not be into. i will digress for now and share that little nugget for a rainy day. dont worry you will be laughing.......at me. anyway, i hope all is well and you are living it up! stay safe! we love you!

wow, your website is awesome. all the pictures and your stories are so entertaining. what an adventure, I don't know if I could travel the way you are, not at my age, but I am so happy for you guys. I love the same same, but different line, I think I'll borrow it and think of you every time I say it, while all the people around me will think I am insane.
