on the way...getting there.... Well, we're leaving in 1.5 months. And there is so much to do. All this fundraising is a pain in the butt to organize, but it's fun to participate in and obviously nice getting some funds to help out with the trip payments. we have a couple of fundraisers coming up: 1) pub night at the springs pub in mission. josh martinez and the pissed off wild is playing. we're having door prizes, 50/50 tickets, raffles. one of the girls has a bunch of hook ups so she's arranged everything and apparently can sell all of the tickets. 2) a swing dance/silent auction on march 31 at the hatzic prairie hall. lots of dancing, snacks, door prizes, raffles, silent auctions. can buy alcohol. we also have a clothing drive coming up but ... read more
