Thursday, 27 Oct On plane We left home at 2 pm to travel by bus to the airport. We bought a sandwich from Subway to eat for dinner since Air Canada doesn't serve meals any more. The Air Canada plane to Los Angeles left on time at 5:40 pm. The weather had been good today, but the rain clouds were coming in as we left and the forecast was rain every day for the next week - a good time to be leaving. It took three hours to L.A., where we had to change terminals to the international terminal. This was the most depressing place - dark and dingy.
