Only a couple of days before this year's travels start! With no rock solid schedule we find it quite exciting to look at the map on our wall showing Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam upto the Chinese border! The number of flags marking places of interesting places is sweeping across the map and it's a good feeling to get some rough knowledge of local geography before we arrive. We now have 60 day visa's for thailand which gives us more freedom than having to produce a flight ticket out of the country for the Thai authorities. A rough plan is to spend 3 days in Bkk then head south to the beaches for "battery charging".
