Hi Carl, Well you have been, seen and conquered! Well done. Six weeks, has it really been that long, reading all your daily timetables have sounded like although tiring so much has been achieved. As I said before leaving, go for it, and you cedrtainly have. The memories you now have will seem surreal after a while, but always there and when you look at what you have bought as momentos and the photos of friends made, you will recall and remember and the dream will come back for ever. Great blog so far...
I'm enjoying reading your entries and I'm looking forward to more. I liked your LA posts (I catch up on LA blogs to live vicariously at the moment) and decided that since they're so well written and long I'll follow you along on your tour. The longer the blog the better. Hardly anyone on this site writes as much. Being in the US, you don't meet a lot of people who love traveling within their own country but I'm an exception. These simple cross-country trips are the best... so much diversity.

Hi Carl, wow what an action packed adventure you've had already, didn't think it was possible in such a short time!! I'm so jealous, I would do anything to swap sitting at a desk from 9-5pm staring at the rain outside the window. It sounds like your having a fantastic time and I'm glad you've clicked so well with the others. I'm so very proud of you, you're so brave doing this and it's so lovely to read how happy you are feeling. I don't think we'll recognise you when you come back, as you'll be looking all healthy and tanned and full of confidence.
