| 11th June 2009 christine715 | - From: Day 26 in Magdeburg Wow, thanks for the information. Yes, after reading some of the articles, I noticed its "right-wing" orientation. The paper was also very inexpensive compared to papers like Süddeutsche, which is very unfortunate for Die Linke. |
| 11th June 2009 Bild-Zeitung | - From: Day 26 in Magdeburg Bild-Zeitung. Die Bild (Zeitung) is Germany´s biggest newspaper. With over 11 Million readers every day. And you are right it is a trashy newspaper. And a very Right wing one. So on the opposite political site of what DIE LINKE stands for. But unfortunatly the voters of the linke, the poor people, mainly read the Bild zeitung. And this newspaper tries to put pown leftists ideas and tries to influence those peole in order to turn them into CDU/FDP voters. They also played a bad role in the so called 68 political student movements. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bild |
