So you guys will be there for a bit right? Slap the beardyman on the ass for me! Have fun and hopefully catch ya for some touch cup in the not too distant,

Christians in Shimla I enjoyed reading your blog and was particularly interested in the photo of Christ Church Cathedral, entitled Christians in Shimla. I was a resident of Shimla for a couple of years and I am now writing about the Christian communities there. I would be interested to hear your impressions of the Christian community and /or church there.
Best

LOVE IT "We climbed to the top of the Therong La Pass in the middle of winter, we scootered along the coastline of Goa in the sun, we prayed with Buddhist monks in Japan and we scaled the Great Wall of China in the snow. And we did it together, off our own backs."
I'm gunna miss your blogs. Um... maybe you can blog about your exciting and rivetting days back in Sydney? *coughs

Bangla - Part II Thank you for your wonderful report. I'm living in Khulna for the next 6 month and I enjoyed reading about your adventures. Best wishes, Marc from Switzerland
Happy Australia Day Well, while you're in China, I'm heading to the northern beaches with a blow up thong, zinc on my cheeks, cricket bat and ball and a bucket hat made of the Australian flag print (made in China of course!).
Happy Australia Day you two. Travel safe and happy,
Lisa xox
I like the teeth you already got Im concerned about a honeymoon climbing mountains, are you two deciding to travel forever? Sure looks like your happy. Ollie loves his Yak embroidered blanky. GQ said that personalized things are taking over mass bling. Nepal is on top of the marketing forecasting I see.
pretty bird Loving the poo pic. And some other corkers too, like the one of the lady walking in this room with the spinny thingy.
You two have fun,
dave

"So, unenlightened, missing Tom and dying for a banana I left after 3 days instead of 5 and walked back to the guest house and jumped into a warm bed with a boy in it!!"
I adore your blogs. What a wonderful adventure you're having!
Stay safe and here's to 2010 being as at least half as exciting and eventul as 2009. :)
I remember I lived in BD from the fall of 1978 to Jan, 1980. At the beginning of our time there my wife and I had three small boys ages 6, 4 and 3. We traveled overland to the border with India and then to Calcutta and on to Darjeeling by train. Unfortunately while in Darjeeling my wife came down with hepatitis A. We spent our travel money getting back to Calcutta where she could recover for a few days in a mission hospital and then fly back to Dhaka. I took the boys back to the BD border, boarded a bus for Khulna and then to Barisal by the Ostrich. I remember getting to the ghat in the nick of time with the three boys. It was quite a trip but once on the Ostrich we knew we were home safe and traveling in style and comfort. Your pictures are wonderful and bring back good memories.
That is a sweet fish that guy has there. Where are you guys now? Hope your faeces are nice and, stool shapped. Not bum wheeze formation. Big up your chests xxx
humour and tension? Seems you both have funny and scaring memory in BD, something you would not had in your country. Cool, isn't it? I am sure when you go back you will miss the chaos, noise and crowd.
Bangladesh Wow - sounds like Bangladesh has delivered the goods! And not just the sweet kind! Loved reading this... you guys are having one serious adventure. Miss youse lots xx
photos hello..i am going to bd for a month starting jan 9th...i would like to take your photos and give them to the people in the pic.i am going to kuhlna...staying with a cricket team for a week and 3 days in bagerhat...i have a program called..make a family smile..each place i go to..i take 10 family photos and give them as gifts...
Thats the rabbit from the mad hatters party Its been 5 days and no word, starting to wonder so would love to hear. I love the way you describe everything you so funny. Re Tibet, when you get a job as tv journo, it would look better on yr resume that you had been there rather than it wasnt fun enough. Just a thought. im sure all the traveling and borders have been a strain but Im sure your boy is making sure you are being taken care of. We are off to Wicked tonight. Dad just came over to collect Ellie for a casting and I read him yr posts, well a few lines he cant concentrate for 2 long. he said he was in Shimla once too. Love and miss you talk soon.
