Hey kids, have just returned from the lovely little city of Cusco. We left Lima last Monday, and had 3 days in Cusco before starting the Inca trail. The trip began well... we were meant to have an airport transfer to our hostel. First of all the guy holding the sign with our names on it didnt exist. However, we eventually found a guy from our tour company, who didnt seem to know the address of our hostel. Neither did we. Buenos dias darllllings, have just returned from a day at a private beach an hour out of Lima. Yep, thats right an entire beach just to us. Stopped by the beach house for a tour, pity we didn´t have time for a bbq on the roof. Went for lunch earlier at a little roadside cafe-shack-like-food-eatery establishment where we enjoyed a typical peruvian dish of sweet potato, pork, red onion and inca cola...mmmmm....Inca cola by the way, is basically creaming soda mixed with mountain dew. Hey guys, just a quick note from me. Am currently in some lounge thingo at Santiago airport for passengers on LAN airlines. Paid a little bit of money to be here, but theres some food, drinks (including an open bar), the internet and The Bodyguard is on tv, although the sound is turned down and the subtitles are spanish, so I really don´t understand what is happening.
