Teaching English in Chengdu, China. I'm teaching at Southwest Petroluem Univerity. I have 7 classes, 2 advanced oral English, 4 oral English, and European Culture/History thrown in the mix. The people here are lovely and my students are bright and enthusiastic about learning and improving their English, along with hanging out with the only white person on campus. It's not easy being a celebrity... An UPDATE! Finishing up my collegiate experience here in China and off to explore Macau, Hong Kong, and other regions of China (hopefully Tibet--if they let me). I'll entertain 8-12 year olds as a summer camp counselor from July 14-27th, then my brother will visit and we will shenaniganize the east coast of China for a week before departing the country. But the adventures won't stop there...
