Hey you land lubbers, just wanted to tell you I have finally gone ahead and bought my own Catamaran down here in st. thomas and believe it's time to do my own cruising again. My last boat I thing I was in the BVI's and hanging out at a local bar, and some rum later I realized I had left something on in the boat and sure enough it burned to the water line. That was a few years ago so I have been chartering ever since and decided it's time to get another one and see how long this one lasts (heheheheh) This Catamaran is beautiful, has plenty of room, sails well and is big and fast. With these winds down here it should make going from place to place a real breeze..........play on words. ... read more

hEY MATES, Sorry it took so long to get back, had to have some rum you know, it is 5o'clock and had to do my daily deed. So as I was saying I was on a catamaran and it was fantastick....................... Big, roomy and fast. Plenty of room for 4-6 people with heads, showers and own stateroom. The head and shower are in the room. Lovely Had some friends with me and we had many of those nightly parties ashore, foxys was as always a real header. Hoy Mates, just got back from a beautiful charter to the caribbean. Actuall this is about the 30th or 40 something I have taken and again the islands are beautiul as always. This time I was down by the Virgin Islands and kind of got myself a little rummed up a few nights, but hey who's counting. I went through VirginIslandsSailingVacations where the name just made me have to go. They were pretty darn sharp setting up my yacht and all, even had some rum on board. What a group of people. I didn't take much in the way of clothes because I don't have much maybe a few shorts and t-shirts and my vancy and very old swim trunks and my flips and other stuff, packed in a small soft bag and off I went. ... read more
