| 3rd November 2009 Mel | Good on ya! - From: Learning to speak Australian 101.... I love it! I had the same impressions the first time I went to the land Down Under from the Great White North, only you summed it up much more fabulously than I did. Good on ya, mate! But don't start calling your tuque a "beanie" or your duvet a "doona", as that's just too much! ;) |
| 1st February 2009 Snap Shot Stacey | Aussie English - From: Learning to speak Australian 101.... I never realised we're the only ones who call things dodgy! Lol. Love it. When it come to fair dinkum, bewdy, bloody rippa and 'How yah go'hn?' those aren't things you really hear in Melbourne where I am. I always thought they were cliche! Must be an outback thing. Glad you're having fun though! I love your style of writing. Very funny. :D |
| 1st February 2009 Snap Shot Stacey | Awesome! - From: Waltzing Matilda Looks like you've seen a stunning side of Oz that even I (as an Aussie) haven't seen yet! Great photo's! |

| 8th August 2008 Cindy | A great way to experience a slice of life - From: Hablo Espanol? Si Senor...Claro! I enjoyed your story. You really can write things in a way that the reader can picture the scene and feel like they are there with you. Sounds like you had a great experience. Keep writing! I'm good at the back packing not at the writing. |
