Cemetery Hide and seek
You should tell everyone to play cemetery hide and seek like we used to play when we lived in Gig Harbor. On second thought, flashlight cemetery hide and seek in the dark. On third thought, the various poisonous snakes and insects that would want to join in on that game may not make it so much fun. Cemetery hide and seek in the day would be best.

Why am I not getting this until now? You've been home for like three weeks. Jeez, late blogger. The handshaking/holding business was hilarious though.

Glad you're feeling better
I admit I was a bit concerned reading of the foreign fever that had ravaged you unmercifully. Nothing more worrisome to a concerned sister than having a brother being on the other side of the world with a mysterious fever and little by the way of healthcare. So a big "PHEW!" hearing that you're up and around again. Anyway, as you may or may not know, I collect prayer beads. I have yet to poses a set of Hindu or Buddhist prayer beads. So if you can spare the money, I'd love some and be happy to pay you back you when you get here. LOVE YOU!! Sisterface

I love hearing about all these temples and monkeys and adventures with micos. And You describe these places so vividly I feel like I don't even need the pictures. But my favorite, absolute all time FAVORITE subject of your blogs is the children. I can't get enough! They are wonderful! LOVE YOU!! See you soon!

Keep em coming....
Bryan dearest, I think we all agree that you really need to keep the journal coming, as we know you will...or rather, you'd better or Crystal, Jess and I will hunt you down and shave your chest! *grin* Truly, your written descriptions bring such vivid pictures to mind (and no, I'm not talking about the photographs that follow along with your blog. *grin* Though I love those too!). Makes me want to add Ama Ghar onto my future list...added. =)

Bryan, your am noise issue ...
... made me laugh really really hard. You must take a picture of these monkey birds. I think birds in different countries have a different dialect or someting. When I was in japan, the crows made the most bizzare screech noise I've ever heard, and quite early from what I recal ... But looked like regular crows ... albeit Screaming banshee devil crows. Enjoy the early morning symphony of annoying sounds, or at least keep laughing about it. I am.

Wonderful -- wish I'd been there!
Darn it -- Carla and I arrived just a day or two after this. Bummer. But your wonderful writing is almost as good as being there in person -- if not better. Keep them coming!

Blessing!
Your blog has been so eye-opening and inspiring for me, plus some good smiles thanks to your humor and clever self-deprecation. The General Church I am a part of, Morning Star Chapel in north Atlanta, supports Loving Arms too so this was an eye-opener for me. Keith
