ITīS ALL GOOOOOOD (with distinction)
Me and Djamel just found out that we passed on all our subject at UTS Sydney hence our celebration gesture.
What can you do after an extraordinary trip in Queensland with a great finish filled with great parties in Cairns? Well why not fly to Bangkok and take the train and ferry to Ko Pangan where one of the best beach parties (at least used to be) takes place every full moon! So said and so done and the whole trip in Thailand lasted for 3 weeks with awesome rendez-vous of nice faces from back in Sydney (especially the George-sisters :P). To describe my feelings for Thailand where I have spent more than 6 months at 4 different occasions is hard [View Full Entry]

I am fortunate!

Captain of Anaconda II
Captain of Anaconda II
Me and the captain showing his crook!
While viewing my folders, I remind myself once again of what a uniquely fortunate guy I am. The folders are filled with pictures of places that most people can only dream of visiting in a lifetime. Of course there has been times of trials and problems in my life - the same must have been for any of you. But - with a dash of gratitude and humbleness - you realize quickly how beautiful and easy life really is. At least for those of us that are fortunate! Most of it is of course thanks to our parents who not only [View Full Entry]

The return to the beginning As you all know, when travelling the world it is easy to forget your own homeground and why you live there in the first place. I am not implying Stockholm to be the most beautiful place as such a place only exist in our own preferences. However, I think it would be nice for all my international friends, that I have met and shared great experiences with, to see some of Stockholm. I have made a new gallery for Sweden where Iīll update you with photos of here. I have also added some pictures to the [View Full Entry]

Bad and good news!!

 Asia » Thailand » Central » Bangkok
The first BAD news is that I have been so busy travelling, diving, snorkelling, sailing, camping, dancing, partying and other boring stuff that I have not yet had the chance to sit more than 5 minutes by a computer and update with pictures. The other BAD news is that I won't have the time to do so in Thailand either because I have to snorkel, eat good food, have regular daily massages, travel around, drink buckets and Singhas, sing karaoke, go to full moon party and chill on the beach. So i hope you all forgive my humble soul that needs [View Full Entry]

OOOHH MY BUDDHA!!! FINALLY I just finished my last exam (5 minutes ago) and the tensions are starting to realease from my body (<- wonīt even spell right anymore). Tonight we (me and my sister Romissa) are going to celebrate with some drinks and a nice dinner. I havn't been able to add stuff and pictures as I wanted to but I have been feeling great (except for all the stressed studies) and have done alot of fun stuff - like visiting wineyards. Tonight is my LAAAST night in Sydney for a while and we are leaving for Brisbane tomorrow. We [View Full Entry]

Le Kangaroo
Le Kangaroo
Isn't this cute? My first look at a wild kangaroo :) Ps. Kangaroo meat is very tasty as well. Marinate in soya and garlic and grill with skewers. Best served with rice and red wine!
About 200 km south of Sydney by the coast there is Jervis Bay, that is famous for its beaches, dolphins and national park area. My first encounter with a wallabieeeee :) It was on the way to the beach when the kangaroo baby was spotted among the trees. Very very cute as he/she was looking at us for a while before hopping away to other adventures with more interesting things to see than 'civilized' human beings. [View Full Entry]

South East coast
This is about 100 km South of Sydney and the coast way is a very beautiful drive with alot of scenes like this.
Last week, my dear friend Edgar from the Phillipines came to visit and we decided to get away for the weekend. Said and done! After picking up the rental car we were off aimlessly.. With no idea of where to go but South we started driving and the pictures are a show you of what kind of places we ended up in and what we did. Just have to mention that the Blue Mountains was a very nice part of the trip with splendid views reminding me of the Grand Canyon. Quelle spectacle!! [View Full Entry]

The Geek studying!
I'm very intelligent, yes I am yes I am!
The good student In case any one is wondering I have been busy, busy busy! Yes as a matter of fact I am so overwelmed with work at uni that I havn't had so much time to do other things. It takes alot to adapt to the new system, reading everything in English and writing assignments using academic phrases I didn't imagine exist. However, that's what I'm here for isn't it?? I enjoy reading about countries I would never get the chance to study in Sweden such as Indonesia, Japan, China and Malaysia to mention a few. All the study aside, [View Full Entry]

The Geek studying!

Thanks to Ruth, (a friend of a friend) I was able to make an hour-long flight over the Milford Sounds area which is the Fjordland in NZ. The whole journey was amazing passing over high mountains, glaciers, hidden lakes, waterfalls and creeks. I would recommend anyone who's visiting to do this trip both by air, and then by cajak. You won't forget the experience. I have done so much in 4 days that I dind't think possible. I've been driving ever since I first came to Christchurch and I have seen amazing views that NZ has to offer. In one sense [View Full Entry]

South end

If you can't find it here, it hasn't been invented yet! Queenstown is the world center of adventures. You can do Bungy, Paragliding, Skydive, raceboat, rafting, canoe, MTB, fly etcc........ The city is pretty small but location is beautiful between mountains and a lake. Today I walked to the top of the mountain and had an amazing view over the city and the surroundings. I stayed there for a while and had lunch while going through the map and things to do. Then I saw it... THE END!! BLUFF = the south end of NZ... as far as the road goes [View Full Entry]
