Pero por lo contrario, aunque ha crecido hay nuevas residencias, nadie se preocupa por mantener la limpieza, plantar arboles, los barrios no mantiene la belleza original que aparentemente la tubo cuando inicialmente se inaguro. Es decir no hay mantenimiento. Aunque poco conosco la politica, escucho que sige muy corrompida y no por muchos algos alcalde o governador que en verdad lleve o hage llevado a Portoviejo a salir adelante. Falta que no importe mas y tengamos mas orgullo y demostrar a Porotviejo que alguien la quiere. |
