La Fortuna
Well people, this is it for the blog. I'm back at home freezing in Colorado. I went to the Arenal Volcano before I left and I also did a zip line over the rainforest, it was really fun. So attached are some more pictures and I also took some videos from Manuel Antonio from last weekend, so I will try to attach those. Hola all! Hope all is well. I heard about the incredibly cold weather in Colorado. I'm here at an internet cafe in my shorts and bikini!!! Anyway I'm on the Pacific side in Guanacaste, it's very nice, I like the town a lot, the beach is nice, but it is too cold to swim in. I came down here by myself on Monday and I met some people, some Americans, a British girl, and a Brazilian musician, it has been really fun. I have a nice room all to myself, and it is not beach front, but right across the street from the beach front properties, I can still see the ocean from my balcony. Hey everyone! Hope you all had a nice weekend. Mine was really nice, I went to one of the nicest beaches in Costa Rica, it's on the Pacific side. Attached are some pictures, and then tomorrow I'm off to Guanacaste, Wed and Thurs I'm in La Fortuna to see Aranal Volcano. Then on Friday I come back to San Jose and I fly home on Sunday. Hi everyone, I hope all is well. I forgot to post some pictures of a coati that we saw at the volcano 2 weekends ago. Irazu Volcano
Hey everyone, hope you all had a great weekend!! Today, Sabrina, Fabian and I went up to the Irazu Volcano. It was really cold and foggy, so we only got to see a little bit of it. Then we went down to the town of Cartago and stopped off at their church and hung out in the plaza for a little while, just to soak up the sun! What a difference a few thousand feet makes! The volcano is at 11,000 and there are 2 different craters. One was yellowish green and the other was black, it looked like tar. Hope everyone is doing alright. I will talk to you later!
