Hi Aditya I must say an excellent write up on the blog, i have a query and hope you might help as you have exp in these areas, I need a reputed and trustworthy travels in sawantwadi with a good driver. We are a large family travelling to amboli during october 18th for 2 days, and need taveras from sawantwadi railway station to reach amboli, and back. Hi The hotels that I stayed in were decent and clean enough but just for a backpacker.. Look around atleast in Thimpu and Paro it wont be a problem... Bumthang valley is off the main tourist trail... so it will be great ... nice to know you did the HMI course too !

Dear Aditya, i have not gone through the blog fully and hence if my question is already answered somewhere in the blog, just tell me so! I am planning a trip in the month of May 2010 to Bhutan in which I would like to visit Thimphu, Paro and Punakha for sure, and if time permits, from Wangdue Phodrang upto Jakhar in Bumthang. The only thing that makes me think twice is the prohibitive hotel tarriff in all of Bhutan. Have you been able to find a set of hotels for the shoestring traveller (me!!!)? If yes, could you share that-would be very helpful, Thanks in advance,

Hi ! i jus found you blog while i was randomly searching for accommodation in dapoli. I'm studyin architecture at SPA,delhi. And we were planning a trip to dapoli and i was looking for accommodation. We have around 100 people and are looking for cheap dorms to stay in. i couldnt find much on the hotel that you have mentioned. could please help me out a bit here ? :)

Geat articles buddy.. I love the tea shop too..especially their chairs...it is always and everytime a half an hour break there... was in fact scrounging for some info on Vijaydurg for my website (puneritraveller - planning to add a page on Vijaydurg beach) when i came across your article... by the way i also did a Bhutan trip on my bike!!!
