The night started out like the one before. By about 9pm, the kitchen had seen most come and go with their dinner cooking and there was a rumble of- 'well, what to do tonight?'. So here I am - finally in TOKYO! Week one as a Tokyo Gaijin and I'm settling in really well. A couple of first impressions: The Weather - Despite what the pictures show, it's actually not as cold as I was expecting! In the last 10 days it has been mostly sunny, but crisp with temperatures around 5-8 degrees. Sorry, this one's a bit late coming, but I thought I'd wrap up the stories of the last few weeks prior to my departure for TOKYO..! So, after finishing up in Sydney, I was lucky enough to have 3 WHOLE WEEKS in which to get everything ready for leaving for the big trip.
