Bodhgaya- The walk to Mohammad's Asia » India » Bihar » Bodh Gaya

After a much needed three hous sleep on the plane, I was awoken by our landing. we were taken off the plane on a ladder car, and irected to the main terminal buiding. This consisted of a small room the size of an average house with no carpet and dirty-white tile interior walls. We quewed in the customs line and were sent to the baggage collection room, about half the size of [View Full Entry]

"Bangkok is an oriental setting, and the city doesn't know what the city is getting". -the words of poet sir Murray Head, 1986 Day one was not as scary as i thought it was. Bangkok is more dveloped and tourist friendly thn i thought. Its been a little difficult because we had to check out of ou hotel at noon and just wander around the city all day until our flight at 11pm. after walking so much my legs are getting pretty sore and i am beggining to wish that i had worn in my thongs a bit more- oh well.
