| 7th July 2009 ann | - From: Old Point Loma Lighthouse and Cabrillo National Monument Diana, What a joy to see beautiful san diego again ! Bob & I grew up further north, near Los Angeles, but were stationed in San diego 1976-1981 and used to take our boys out to PtLoma light every New Years' Day to see the whales. At that time, the housing at Pt Loma light was Coast Guard housing, so we had friends that lived there, we'd BBQ and have a wonderul day, great start to the year. |
