Hi Phil & Jenny, Your time is fast coming to an end, isn't it ? That 4 or 5 weeks have flown. I love the look of Buxton Village - a very pretty place with quite a lot of history, by the looks. With all the photos you have taken, you will have enough memories to last a life time !!! Looks like the weather is starting to improve over there and yet here today, it has been like a winters day. Quite cold and a lot of rain - good for the garden though !! John is still not 100 %. It's going to be a long time till he is back exhorting again. Damien did the exhort today, and Graeme will do it next week - they are doing a marvellous job rotating their platform duties. Hope you enjoy Dubai in a couple of days - it will be interesting to hear what you think about it. Have a good flight back and God Willing we will catch up with you when you return. I don't know if we will see you straight away, as we fly to Melbourne on the 30th April, returning on the 8th May. But we will catch up at some stage in the not too distant future. I have got so much on this week before we go - it always gets busy just when you want to get away. All our Love to you both, and hoping you are both keeping well, Glenys & Sam xxx P.S Your mum was at the meeting, she seems quite good, seems to be handling everything ok, but of course I'm sure when she is on her own, she sheds a quiet tear.

Homeward Bound
Hi Sam and Glenys, thanks for the update. Have a safe trip yourselves. Have just done an online check-in and our hotel/B&B/Guest House is only 5 mins from Gatwick. Love to all you guys and hopefully John will be back on his feet sooner rather than later. Phil & Jenny

Hi Phil & Jenny. It sounds like you are having a marvellous time, and travelling heaps. Did you catch up with Hamilton & Audrey at the conference ? Your photos are great - really enjoying them !! Sam & I went to your Dad's funeral last week - very nice, and a full house. (People had to stand, the chapel was so full) Mum seems to be coping ok. Had David Taylor from over there, do our exhort yesterday. Very good exhort. I believe he and Rachael are on their way to Tasmania to visit his father who is not well. But it was lovely to have them with us for the day. Not much happening over here. Keep warm !!! Love to you both, Glenys & Sam xxx

UK Trip
Hello Sam and Glenys, Yes we had quite a few chats with the Fosters as they were staying in the same hotel as us for the Gathering. Thanks also for attending dad's funeral and telling us a little more about it. Sounds like bro Hubert is about to pass the way of all men if both David and Rachel are out in Aust. We met at Leeds West yesterday and they are a very old ecclesia. The Serving brother is 92 and visually impaired, no hymn book, but knew all the hymns and his wife is in a wheelchair. Today we hav a walk around Leeds, tomorrow we go to a Railway Museum at York, a Shopping Outlet, bigger than Harbour Town and then a soccer match. Wednesday it's back to Belinda for a few days, then to Horley (near Gatwick), Dubai on 22/4 and home on 25/4. Where has the time gone? All the planning since about Sept is coming to a finale. Hope you have enjoyed being with us, despite the poor (at times) internet. Love Phil & Jenny

Thinking of you
Thanks Phil,......Erin is one lucky young lady! What a day to remember. Noticed the daffodils poking thru the snow. What a Spring it will be with all that water. Can you bring a bit of that home with you please?? Water, that is!! Nothing to report from here. Weather cooling down, cold mornings now, but lovely days - mid 20's.

Flukey Internet
Hi folks - internet may not be too good for a few days - will see what happens. Have a few photos from Gathering and have ordered DVDs. Lovely sessions. Love to all in what may be a sad week as dad is laid to rest. P & J

Hi Phil & Jenny, How's everything going - haven't heard from you for a while. Out of sight - out of mind !!!!! Looking forward to seeing some more photos. We are having beautiful weather here at the moment - I should send you some photos, it would make you both homesick !!! Take care driving, and enjoy yourselves. Our sympathy to you both on the passing of your dad, but really it was a blessing. I haven't seen your Mum yet, but I believe she is handling it ok. Love to you both, Glenys & Sam & family. xxxx

Crazy Time
Hi folks - thanks for message - have had one heck of a time trying to get internet and free time. Have managed to start a mass upload and the photos are not edited but will be later. Internet access will be hard to come by in next day or so and expect a busy photo session from next Tuesday in Scotland. Thanks for message about Mum - we rang her the other day from our mobiles which was not too bad.

Hi P & J Is 23rd Mch. your last entry re photos? Are you just slack or are we not getting them? Enjoying so far, but it's a long time between drinks for we poor old souls stuck with the mundane back home!! Oh, just in case you are wondering, ...no, we haven't had any snow here, just a drop or two of 'rain', if you are lucky enough to have your nose in the air at the right time to catch it!! Hugs to both,.......J & R

Slack Jack
Hi folks - we have had a bit of a slack time with photos - have put up a few for the week. Don't get out much when with family and it is too jolly cold anyway. Hope you enjoyed the latest blog and email which is still best way to communicate. Love and hugs P&J (Snow-White)

Spring and Glenlock
Thanks for comment - we are taking notes for you for your trip. Snow should be gone by then. Have a lovely Easter camp at Glenlock, we'll be thinking of you all. Many caravaners here have stayed at home because of snow and some have been snowbound. Amazed to see a Ford Fiesta towing a van the other day. Take care - love P & J

Keep it up and enjoy,...but watch the calories!! So sorry to let you know, but a difficult time for us. Our Gordon was rushed to hosptl. the weekend you left Adelaide. He has a brain tumour. Operation was last night, our time, and he is now awake, but it is 'the aggressive sort', and too early to know where too from here. Understand that they were going to take out 'what they can'...which doesn't relieve one very much. He was home on a Sat. got dizzy, couldn't put words together and then, looking at his daughter, couldn't remember her name. Beth & Karen raced him to the hosptl., and the rest is history, as they say. It is on the left side, sitting on speech & memory. Rang Di. John is doing v.well re the heart part, but has a bubble on the lung (they think is infection) which they can't budge. Looks like he'll have to go back to be 'drained'. Also, meds. are playing up on his eyes so can't see too well, but they say that will improve. Well,......Rob got his new tooth fitted thismorning,..looks great......oh, and we had a few drops of rain last night!! So that's the 'bright' side!!!! God's speed,.....enjoy every minute. Thanks for Pics. great!! Hugs, J & R

Where's the girl?
What is interesting about pieces of tin on wheels? Thought at least to see Jen sitting on the bonnet of one of them,...showing a little leg, blonde hair flowing in the breeze!! Actually, just sending this back to see if it works!! If so, then I know all is well for your trip. ps. You asked us to come along for the ride,...we are awaiting tickets!! Hugs,..hope all is going to plan!! J. & R.

The Girl on the Bonnet
She is carrying bags overseas so that she can come back here and sit in a Caravan - more comfy than a bonnet.
