Amusing for a change and Happy Birthday Em - From: Fever Pitch
Hey guys, hope you are well and enjoying new zealand. Happy Birthday Em, sorry for the belatedness! Stu - your fever pitch blog is actually quite amusing, rather than being a tedious ramble. Nice of you to make the change. You know that the madness will be decending soon, so enjoy sanity before September. D

Hi Ems & Dunc The places you are visiting look absolutely beautiful (wish I was there) I must say that I do love prawns with a passion like no other, in fact the bigger the prawns the better, if I have a chance to visit that beach I should be spending time trying to hunt them down and catch them although they probably put up a fight, and I bet the paragliding was an experience too, you all must have some gonads to try that indeed. Anyway thanks for the article links and I hope you enjoy your Australian tour. All the best Dale O

Beautiful Byron - From: I Believe I Can Fly
Your photos took me back to last September when we spent a week in the caravan park right in town in Byron Bay. It was warm enough for the kids to swim in the water every day and the caravan park had direct access to the beach. Bit noisy at night (especially Friday night) with the pub being just over the road. Your photos also remind me of our big trip around Australia when we visited Lucky Bay just out of Esperence in the West. It was stunning and only $12.50 per night with solar showers and a clean, modern amenity block.

Aaaah how I miss Em's biting comments - From: Oh what a night.....?
"We know some of you find this blogging business a tad confusing, but really it is quite simple as long as you read the dates and location header, it follows chronologically." When a blog opens like that, it can be written by just one person. Travelling not done anything to moderate the biting sarcasm then Em?! ;-) xx

Hi guys, great update on your adventure! The trek sounds amazing. I've just read a book about the Karen people and their struggle against the Burmese dictatorship. Apparently they've all been pushed over the border into Thailand, are great people but also known to be prone to the odd bout of cannibalism! glad you got out unscathed! I'm at my Mums right now and its snowing so I'm off out to build a snowman! Em, if you don't manage to call me here this weekend I'll text you my landline in cardiff (don't know what it is I'm afriad). See you soon peeps!!!!!!! xxxxxxxx

Hey guys, Woke up with a bit of a hangover and your blog made me laugh out loud several times!!! Thanks for that, it was much needed. Am not loving the idea of the half hatched duckling eggs, that is disgusting! I am however very much loving the pic of Stu on a girlie bike. Keep the blogs coming, am loving hearing about your escapades. Love B xxx ps I have received 1 email response from Em, not sure if you have sent more. Glad you got my mails, I am finally conquering this laptop!

hello you two - From: There's a rat in me kitchen.....what am I gonna do?
Just found out about the blog. found you on google. Typed in 'whippet and ginger' and there you were. Will take me a week to read through all you have done so far, but I am looking forward to finding out what you have been up to. Loving the beard look stu. You look better, Maybe because it's hiding your face. KT is looking more pregnant by the day. She sends her love. Just think, by the time you two get back, there will another mini pedro on the scene . We are stuck with names, so any suggestions are welsome. As long as it's not called stuart. That would not be fair to the child would it. . .Big love to you both. 'Cape Diem' Big love, Marco and KT.

More good stuff I think Stuey, not too sure what's going on but I get the jist. Obviously I speed read the incoherance looking for a name check but I believe this might be the right way to read your prose - one more or less understands it without incurring the time spent reading it or the frustration that one of our friends (or Dunk's brother anyway) can be so challenged. I love the fact you crossed the boarder so easily, I had no idea public schools were so tricky out there, let alone their pupils. You can insert a monk joke here... I would usually abuse you here, but after the warning (I'll only get one) from Mr Smith Snr I shall save these sweet nothings for e-mail. As always I trust this finds Emma in good health and meets your good self with only a mild form of whatever ailment you have made up this morning. Typhoid perhaps, or Typhoo as you would no doubt write it. Big love. Emma's mate xx

Wicked way to mix up the blogs a bit - lose a random key every time, adds an interesting dimension. I for one particularly liked the description of Saigon (Saion?) as being 'full of bi hotels and shops'. Puerile I know. x x x

Beer seafood and rat - what more do you want?! - From: Auld Lang Syne
Ooooh, good to know you can travel all the way to Vietnam and NYE is just as much of an anticlimax as in the UK! Well done Stu on eating a few tentacles. Let's face it, now's the time to get over your fussy eating vibe. Or you might well waste away altogether. Nice to see the beard's taken a rest too! Em, love the way you can be two days ahead whilst spending the same amount of time on the computer as Stu - efficient as ever I see! Enjoy Saigon x x x

Daddy O delighted for sending his comments to you & is now telling everybody virtually word for word what the surf is like ! Enjoy, take care, eat well & stuff....ps...love from wendy dog We've just come back from our walk. She's also found a new place to sleep at night - with me!
