
Goal: To complete the equivalent amount of kilometres across Newfoundland in 1 year through a variety of activities (Walking, Running, Skiing, Snowshoeing, Biking etc.)
Participants Personal Goals:Krista Ryall: 1)To run a spring and fall half marathon, and (possibly) the Tely10 in St. John's in July 2)To run less and do other activities more, so as not to get injured (again) 3)To ski, bike, hike, snowshoe, walk the dog, and go to the gym, all at least 2-3 times per week 4)To run/walk/bike/ski/hike/snowshoe at least 2007 kilometres in 2007!
Kirsten Miller: 1) Be consistant with: ab workouts (3 times a week) and running 2) Walk to work everyday 3) Run a 10k race 4) Do some form of excercise everyday 5) Complete at least 2007 in the year
Christine Doucet: 1) Do at least 50km of activity a week
Tina Newbury: 1)Excercise in some form (including walking) everyday 2) Attend all 20 spin classes 3) Participate in 1/2 Ironman team event 4) Participate in Stephenville sprint Tri

Janet Newbury - Victoria, B.C: 1) To complete this 1/2 marathon training regiment by March 18 2) Excercise everyday 3) Complete "Walk the Rock" by July1st
Jenny Griffin - Victoria, B.C: 1)to get fresh air and exercise every day, 2)to try three new sports this year, and 3)to get back into 10k shape by my birthday in August
Marie Hoskins - Victoria, B.C: 1)Walk the Rock by September 1st, 2) Swim once a week, 3)Excercise everyday
Jo-Ann Maynard - Sackville, N.S: 1) To excercise at least 3 times a week 2) Ride my bike regularly in the
spring/summer 3) Attend spinning classes once a week 4) Spend time excercising with our kids outdoors at least once per week (shovelling, snowshoeing, walking).
