| 8th September 2009 Vince n Suz | Many more travels to come! - From: Bruge (Belgium) Hey Charlotte!! Yes this trip is coming along nicely, we are in Croatia at the moment and about to go to Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna, Salzburg and then onto Munich. We actually get to Oktoberfest around the 22nd, so i think we might just miss you! :( In Bruge we free camped outside the campsite (called camping memling) on the street (he he!) and used their facilties, but then we moved inside the campsite to use their electricity etc. The campsite is only like 3km southwest of the city centre. Bruge is great I would definately recommend it! And if you don't have bikes - hire them, it is the only way to get around Bruge but so fun. We didn't do Brussels as we had heard from a lot of people that its not really worth it - so not sure on advice on that one! Aside from that we are only just going to the same places you are now, so not advice on those either - but maybe we'll see you along the way like we randomly did in San Seb hehe funny. Such a shame that I'm sitting at work and not in a bar in San Seb eating pinchos again. Love this entry guys, didn't realise you were such a poet Vince, love the line about a bull's muscular neck generating torque. Only an engineer would work torque into a blog. Sunflower shots awesome also ... best frolicking I've ever done. Hope you guys are well ... overcast and cold in London - what an awesome summer ha ha! Can't wait for Croatia ... sun, drink, lie around ... for one whole week! |

I am almost finished my prac at St laurence's College (all boys catholic) and it's going really well. Counting down to our ONE country holiday! Should be awesome but. Can't wait to see you guys in person. Give JOnesy a kiss for us. LOve ya lots. The kids are going well, growing and changing everyday as kids do. State of Origin tonight so we are about to put the little darlings to bed so we can sit and yell at the tv in peace. Keep safe and keep having lotsa fun. You both look happy and healthy and still gorgeous (was hoping you would both get fat.......... ha ha ha ha). Anyhoo, that bottle of rum is ageing nicely, there's been a few nights when we have run out of grog and looked at it, lucky we don't drink rum (not true alcoholics yet, but working on it as often as possible). I am, because it's not long now till I get to see you guys (selfish, I know). I have been sick, first a cold that turned into Bronchitis and now it has turned into pneumonia. Sucks hard core because I have so many Uni assignments due and I start prac at my new school next week. I am working at St Laurences, an all buys catholic school in near South Bank (not sure if I told you that already). Good to hear you are fixing jonesy before you set off - suz told me the story about driving back from brighton.. i say we leave the driving up to you vince if you want to come back in one piece hehe.
