Hola!
word up Awesome blog and bloody awesome photos. Have you got a good camera or something? How the hell are you managing to afford this trip?! I might bugger off to NZ within the next few months depending on the GFC and my job status! Time for another adventure I say!

Sounds amazing Hey there - looks fantastic. Definitely would like to consider Columbia in my upcoming trip. how many weeks/month would you recommend to spend in Columbia? Heard that it is as safe as anywhere else in South America.... would there be any concerns for solo female travellers (planning this trip on my own?!)
Catching up..... Hi!
As you've got behind a bit with your updates I have to admit I had gotten a bit behind reading them so I think I've just read about the last 10.
It sounds like you're having a great time still and I look forward to the next instalment!
You'll be surprised to know that not much changes here....Toni, Jez, Si and I were out at the weekend. There's a new bar in town, Groove, a more spacious reflex.
Anyhow, I'm at work so best get going. Take care of yourself.

Hi Hi mate,
Photos look great - the long table at Xmas must have been nice. You even look like you've lost weight (shock horror).
Hope you continue to have fun mate.

I certainly like Xela, it´s not over-run with tourists speaking English but there is enough of a social scene to go out and meet fellow travellers in the evening. Equally it´s just as easy to go to a bar or cafe full of locals.
I haven´t been to Antigua so I couldn´t make a comparison!
Hola... Hi,
I'm planning to go to Guatemala, but thinking where should I go to study spanish...considering Antigua or Xela. What do you think is different with the 2 cities? oh and salsa classes too. Thanks.
